Easy to install. No leaks. Hot water control requires handle to far left . Low flow rates easier to control.than previous faucet. Faucet noise is high in other parts of home; not sure what causes noise; earlier reviewer noted same characteristic.

A decent simple faucet that is a snap to install ! Instructions were surperb and simple ! What more could one ask from a product.

Ignore the naysayers. If you are looking for a simple, basic faucet without all the bells and whistles of sprayers, pull-downs, high arcs, touchless, etc... BUT want a smooth lever action, gorgeous finish, and a brand that you know will seal when shut off - this is your faucet. Basic, but looks great - perfect for a nicer rental property where you don't need or want all the bells and whistles.

It is hard to get warm water, instead of hot or cold. The second setting under the handle gives only luke warm water, no hot. It is also difficult to shut it off without a drip. It is so annoying that I am replacing it with a Kohler. Delta customer service was useless. Their only response to the problems was that they have a new dcartridge design; nothing to help me

We needed to replace an old faucet that was in the building when we moved in. I noticed this was on sale and had really good reviews. It did live up to my expectations. So far it is a very good value and works great.

This is a basic faucet, was easy to install, good water output, solid construction. Called Delta on an installation question and they provided great customer service. I would highly recommend this product to others.

Excellent value, installs very easily, with straightforward instructions. Works well. You can get the water-saver variant, which has a slightly lower flow. Hardly noticeable, so why not?

Love this faucet! I went from a very fancy faucet with sprayer and for a couple reasons, I down-scaled. I couldn't be happier! The product LOOKS nice in my stainless steel kitchen. It's simple. I wanted a kitchen faucet without all the extras. I did not want a sprayer or soap dispenser. There are not many plain kitchen faucets. This one met my needs. So far, it is working as expected.

Good basic faucet. Easy to install. Attractive finish. Would be nice to have the gasket fit into the holes of the sink more to keep the faucet from shifting position once installed. This might be an issue as it's being used.

I went for the stainless steel version, rather than the chrome. It cost $35 more, but I think it's worth it, as it looks quite nice (not just the finish, but the shape seems a bit different). One reservation: it seems the very hot/cool transition depends rather sensitively on the position of the lever. This is certainly not ideal. Maybe it has to do with my installation. I may try turning up the cold or turning down the hot valve.

when purchasing a new kitchen faucet we struggled to find a single lever, stainless steel with no pull-out and Home Depot was the only store that had not only choice but this delta faucet which is beautiful. A US product, it had to be shipped to Canada and initially we were told that delivery would be 2-3 weeks. This felt like a long time but we ordered it and kept our fingers crossed that delivery would be faster. We were very pleased to receive delivery in 10 days and when installed, the faucet looks beautiful. We appreciate the service we received on the telephone to our inquiries as it was professional and polite.
