it is well made, durable. the diver function works as I need, but the I do not use the shower mount as it it up too high for me. ( i am 5'4'' ) and I am worried that my shower-head is not secured enough or it may fell down to hit hard on small children sometime.

good 3-way valve for the money. would recommend for future.

I got this so I could still use the showerhead I'm used to and also have a hand shower for washing the dog and cleaning the tub. It was super easy to install and very easy to use. The lever switches easily, and there's plenty of water coming through the diverter, even on the "both" setting.

This shower diverter valve seems to be of decent quality. It functions really well and yes I would recommend it to a friend.

The diverter is especially easy to use even with soapy hands.

A little more expensive than the chrome plated plastic diverters most stores stock but well worth it. It is well constructed and I expect it will never need to be replaced, unlike the cheap plastic models that break frequently.

The diverter arrived fast and it is strong. It matches my other fixtures well,

1. Overall okay but the lever & holder are plastic, no big deal the rest is chrome/brass. 2. When securing diverted to the shower arm it has a tendency to spin as a whole no matter how tight you make it. I thought it should be one with the shower arm when assembled, after all shower-arms don't spin unless you're removing or installing them. Again not a big deal just my picky criticism of imperfection.

It replaced a plastic version of another brand. This one works great. It has much better pressure and is easy to switch between the two shower heads or using both at the same time.

Yes it's more expensive than other diverters, but it's all bronze except for the paddle handle. Just the feel of it leads me to think it will last forever.

Very easy installation. Very will made. High quality. Easy to use, even when using wet or soapy hands. I replaced the old shower arm diverter because it was impossible to operate. I would recommend this to anyone.

Quality product, I've tried other diverters made of plastic and that's a waste of time. After installing one in my master bedroom shower, I had to have one for my guest bathroom.

I was having problems with the original plastic valve! Where the hand sprayer mount on the valve, caused it to rotate and leak. I still have trouble with it rotating, but no more leaks

I needed to be able to use my shower to wash my large dogs. Finally, I have the set up I need. I bought a Delta diverter, but not all handheld showers fir in the slot. The other handheld shower heads would twist around (pointing water away from the dogs). I don't know how a handicap/elderly person could make this work. I bought a Delta handheld. Also found that most hoses too short to reach under dogs and feet. Long Delta hose made it complete. one thing that would have made it better: the switch is away from the shower door because of how it 'landed' when it was tightened and I would prefer it face the door.

I like that this is solid metal. It works great. I love the three way feature.

The lever control on this device makes going from installed shower head to handheld shower easy. I am somewhat disabled and this lever is the anwer. Other devices with pull-push buttons are too hard to use, but the lever is a breeze.

There are lots of these that are plastic, but not this one. Spend the couple of extra bucks for the metal. It works great!!!

The idea behind this small piece is huge. The diverter lets you choose either your shower head, handshower or both. The lever is easy for anyone to use (no more push-pull knob). And the icing on the cake is you don't have to put any extra holes in your wall for a bracket. A+ all around! My remodeling/ updating customers love it.
