The product was ready on time for pick up, the girl that took the order was nice and polite, good product quality, the only downside was that a few tiles were broken.

These tiles look beautiful in my bathroom. I was skeptical at first but the cocoa bean grout really brought them up front. The price was right and they surpassed my expectations. I love them!

The tile is amazing! Looks incredible when they finished installing it today.
The freight company that delivered it pretty much Destroyed the first load. My local store manager and customer service at Home Depot quickly took care of the issue, and had another order sent out ASAP.
I can't thank Ali enough for handling this matter for me.

Am I crazy?
It chips a bit but I really like it so far… but am I crazy because I bought almost 20 boxes of this and realized they say 15 pieces per after I had started and mine only had 14… so I feel like what I paid for a box was a bit off.

The tiles received were broken in multiple boxes across multiple tiles per box. Driver dropped it off without notification of delivery so the delivery was sitting out in the open.

We love the look ! The color blended perfectly with the hardwood floor that’s throughout the rest of the house. We used coffee bean grout.

Horrible experience! Ordered tile 7 times, never used. Each delivery was destroyed. HD customer service tried to help get the tile intact to no avail. Daltile customer service was the worst I’ve experienced.
