Ordered a pallet to save money and instead i must’ve received the one that fell off the truck. Out of 27 cases only 21 remained intact enough that the tile itself wasnt damaged. I salvaged close to a case of tile out of the boxes of rubble i found in the cases towards the bottom of the pallet. My wife spent 4 1/2 hrs only to be told “theres nothing we can do because there is already a claim on the flagstone of mije that was crushed on the same order, just a different delivery last week and NOBODY has been out to see the damage nor contact us since!

Product was exactly what I was looking for. Looks great and easy to install.

I love this tile. the durability, natural wood look, the cost are incomparable. I did 800 sq ft in my hallways and TV room. got 2 pallets for the basement waiting for installation

The pictures online don’t give this justice. It is beautiful tile. Perfect color not too dark or light It was installed a week ago and I already have two tiny chips from the dining chair I need to put something on the bottom of my chairs so it doesn’t chip it anymore. You can see dust or shoe prints after walking through the house which sucks and it means more mopping. But it looks amazing

We added a room that is 14' by 25' and a 4' by 14' hall way and we had this tile professionally installed in 10/21. The porcelain tile is beautiful and gets a real workout as I breed and show Boston Terriers. This is my office, where my dogs sleep and play. No chips in our tiles and we've been living on it now for 8 months. We also installed this tile it in our new Sunroom in a different color. I highly recommend this floor tile to everyone.

My floors are beautiful. The walnut is not too dark in color. Great for natural wood furnishings and earth tones. Family members are considering Home Depot. Many do not know the floors are tile not wood. Very pleased.

I ordered 75 cases all at once to receive as little variation as possible. When the order arrived, there were several lots, three undertones (dark brown, pinkish, and orange-ish), two styles of cardboard packaging, and two different back grid patterns.

I'm very pleased with this tile floor and it turned out better than expected. I think it looks even better than my hardwood floors. Good quality, no chips etc.

Tile actually looks better in the space than we originally thought it would. Came out great.

Flooring is really pretty installed. None of the pieces were chipped or broken from the box. Very happy with end result.

I was really concerned about purchasing this based on the previous comments about the chips i the tile. I took a chance and I'm glad I'm so glad i did. They came out beautiful and add such warmth. Used it in my laundry room, kitchen/eating area and hallway. Will finish up the entry and main hall soon with this beautiful tile.

I looked at many different tile options online, but didnt come to love this one until I saw it in store. The online description is walnut, but I think it’s more of a mid tone brown. Its just what I was looking for. After purchasing all the supplies needed for the project, I read another purchasers review about the tiles chipping after installation. I became very worried but had to ahead with it anyways. Unfortunatley, sure enough there are some tiles that have small chips around the edges. I’m not sure how this happened as I did not personally install the tiles myself, but this could be a “you get what you pay for” moment. The price is very affordable, but i purchased these because I loved the tone. Overall it looks very nice, but not sure I can recommend them.

We just installed this a week ago and there are already numerous chips. So upset!! It was not like this when it was first installed.
