Have had this DeWalt grinder for six years now with absolutely no problems would highly recommend for at home or on the job. Tough as nails good weight

Works great used it for cutting all my kitchen tile with the diamond blade (backsplash)

I am a first time DIYer and used this to cut the larger circular holes in the tile for the shower valve and for the toilet. This was very easy to use and I got compliments from my guy friends/DIY coaches at how nice my cuts turned out. It's so nice having the proper tools for the job.

So I read the review about the spanner wrench not being included and the one where other posters explained how it is not needed. I admit, I though it was silly to complain about at first but upon some use of my grinder which I am very pleased with I do see the downfall for first time buyers. If you also use this as a sander most sanding back up pads and retaining nut DO NOT have the hex head hole and even if they did they are much thinner so as not to be in the way. Fortunately for me I have a wrench from a previous grinder but if someone does not have one and want to use a generic / aftermarket sanding disc setup they will want to purchase the wrench

Great little grinder. Light weight and easy to use. If you make your living grinding every day, you may want to go with a bigger AMP, but it's perfect to use around the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this tool and they is no spanner wrench included. The website indicated that this tool does not require a tool to change the discs yet there is a thread bushing to hold the wheel in the spindle. To make matters worse, one of the instruction manuals online (there are three by the way!!?) indicates that changing the disc is tool-less! The only wrench in the box is a hex wrench which apparently is for rotating the head of needed. Very disappointed in both the missing wrench and multiple/confusing instructions.

The grinder went up in flames only an hour into its very first use. I've a DeWalt battery powered grinder for many years and never had this problem. Being a corded grinder and a DeWalt, I expected it to last at least a decade.
