Does not fit without melt and shorten
My old trip was white and straighter and shorter. This one has a bend in it and is too long. This does not fit the lifting type flusher on the toilet. I may cut it shorter and hook a wiretie on it but it won't work inside the proper spot on the flush controller thing. Bring in your old one to match up. This is a hit and miss based on the reviews

Did not fit mansfield toilet
Like other reviews, the lever is angled too much that it hits the front of the tank, therefore not reaching the part that it needs to go in. It is also 2 inches too long. The back part that fits through the front handle hole doesn't sit perfectly. It would be best if you were to bring in the broken part to match it at the store to avoid the same mistake I had.

Cheap plastic
We’ve had this replaced in our apartment twice since 2016 and it broke again. Instead of calling maintenance AGAIN about this, it’s probably best to pick a higher quality product myself. We have no young children in the apartment so that this would break again is ridiculous.

Doesn't fit my Mansfield toilet. The plastic bar isn't the same angle and since the plastic isn't flexible or bendable, couldn't make it work.

The shaft on the Danco trip is not long enough when you attach it thru the tank body the cap has the threads recessed so you have to reverse the cap in order to get the cap to thread on. A 1/4 inch longer shaft of a completely threaded cap would solve the problem. Why is it always that the customer has to solve the problems of poor engineering.

Even though this was designed to be the right style for my toilet, it was two straight and the tank had a slight bow and so it was really hard to get it to work. I finally got it installed and it broke after three days

Had to use curling iron to heat up rod to bend to fit my tank. Luckily it worked.
