The handle is loose even after tightening the set screw. The handle adapter doesn't fit snuggly into the handle causing the handle to wiggle even after the set screw is tight. I am afraid this won't last long before it wiggles the screw loose. Also the adaptor is made from molded aluminum which can easily crack and/or strip. To many pieces in the kit indicates this is made to try and fit to many different faucets. I wouldn't buy this again. Over priced for what you get.

New bathroom remodel

It looked good in the package but after putting it on, it looks horrible. Im definitley taking it back. Not worth the $50. Ill spend the extra money and buy a bigger brand name faucet company with the whole kit (faucet, shower head, face plate, and drain) since they dont sell it separately.

First one was wrong had to go back and buy the second one and take it back but it works wonderful

Absolute junk. Don't bother. It lasted a week before I had to take off the handle to tighten the screw that holds it to the cartridge, which is a common issue and should be simple to fix, but since the set screw stripped, I now have to destroy the handle to get it off. Sorry Home Desperate, you failed on this one. I want my fifty bucks back.

I gave it 1 star because there was not an option for less. It’s In a paper bag ready to be returned. It’s cheap plastic, the screws were too short and the piece that actually holds the handle on was missing the threads. Complete garbage.

I bought this kit to replace an older Moen shower handle and escutcheon ring that I needed after replacing the valve cartridge for an older shower control in my 75yo house. I was a little disappointed to realize the chrome ring is made of plastic but considering the parts that are included for universal applications, making the parts from metal would be difficult. Somewhat pricey I'd say, but it saved me from a second trip to the store for parts I otherwise may have been without. Installation instructions and illustrations, especially via the Bilt app were very clear. Despite the faux chrome ring and price, once installed it looks and works great.

This handle set Is lovely, but hard to install. It requires a slightly recessed hole to sit in. Unfortunately, the location of the screw holes to secure the plate to the wall is also in the location where the recessed, cut-away wall should be, rendering them useless.

Worked. Just stupid expensive. 42 dollars for trim ring and trim ring with valve and shower head is 70 bucks.

This doesn’t fit quit like it should so now I have just a few drops of water dripping 24/7

Went in with no problem the first time! Runs great

Not a fan of this one. The hole had to be pretty large in the tile, I had to grind out to make it bigger, a mess. Seems to work ok and looks ok when installed.
