Cortelco ITT-2554-V-RD traditional corded mini-wall phone was just what I wanted. It fit directly into the existing wall mount jack. It works and it's handy.

I thought it was caller id

It is all that I expected it to be. It works fine. A little darker shade than I expected it to be.

There is an echo when I speak. Distracting and makes listener hard to understand.

It is perfect for our kitchen.

As it happens the phone did not meet my expectations so Iam returning it as much out of discovering that I have different specifications than I originally thought (I need to be able to dial on the handset rather than at the wall unit) than the fact that I found it pretty lightweight in construction

Installation was simple and went without any issues.

The phone is just what I wanted.

The ring of the phone is too low.

The ring is very soft and the phone is tough to hold onto. We replaced it with a different style.

This phone should not even get 1 star. Purchased this phone to replace my 40yr old ATT wall phone. It is a pretty nice lookin phone but not made as well as my other phone. Easy installation.The problem with this phone it didn't ring. So going to return this one. Not easy finding a wall phone.

Volume not loud enough

Even with ringer control on LOUD, it isn't very loud.

I love my phone, it was easy to hook up and sound quality is good.

Bell is not loud enough. I know it only has one gong but it is too low in volume!

The telephone was to replace a thirty year old model. It works fine.

a throwback to old phones but just what we needed!

I don't know where this phone was made, but the quality control is poor. How could they ship a phone that didn't ring?
