Used it to cut tree branches in the yard. Did the job easily! Love the compact size. Will take it camping as well.

Awesome cutting ability. But definitely made for large man hands.

This saw is the sharpest I have found. It cuts both green and dry branches fast. I also like the safe fold away feature to help it stay sharp and help me keep all of my fingers. :)

The blade is a bit flimsy in comparison to more expensive saws, but it's better than most of the cheap ones. If you want a more solid feeling saw, you'll have to spend more money. Handle is pretty comfortable. I really wish that HD carried this in a 10 inch size. The Fiskars 10 inch that HD sells is flimsier yet. I found that I really couldn't cut more than about a 6 inch round trunk before it was getting stuck, even after sawing away at all sides of the circumference of the trunk. You could use it for larger trunks, but would probably need to make a wedge cut first into most of the trunk. One person said they used it on a 7-8 inch trunk. Hmmm. I wouldn't recommend it. The item is advertised for "up to" 4 inch thick trunks/ branches.As for saw action, average at best. I have owned about 4 different brand saws (all name brand, and good brands). Much better than cheap saws, but not better than my last one which was 15 years old and had the original blade on it.

Great little saw! Cuts through wood like butter, and handy to fold-up and place in pocket while working. Seems just as good as more expensive folding saws. Would definitely recommend.

I love this little folding saw. The size, weight and design are perfect. The length of the blade allows for easy cutting of branches up to 4 inches. The teeth are razor sharp because of their 3-sided design. The blade is chrome coated to reduce friction. The steel alloy blade folds up nicely into the handle for safe storage. There is a manual push button to open and close the blade. Whether you’re pruning trees in your backyard or are out in the backwoods camping this saw will serve you well.

The teeth on this saw are absolutely vicious! I got the folding design so I could put it in my pocket when we go for walks in the woods behind our house. We have a lot of invasive bittersweet vines growing up our trees, so whenever I spot a vine I take this saw out and slice through the stem. The teeth on the blade are so aggressive they cut through 3-inch vines in just a few strokes, which is really handy when you're reaching up or otherwise cutting at an awkward angle ...you just want to get through the vines as quickly as possible and this saw does the job. The fact that it's a folder doesn't mean that it's not strong and sturdy!

Sharp as a razor! The 8 inch Razor Tooth Saw by Corona is awesome. The blade is made of high carbon steel and is heat treated for hardness. The teeth are triple-ground for maximum cut efficiency. I used it for trimming branches on my lot. It cuts right into the branches as soon as you pull back on the saw. It will cut up to a 4 inch diameter branch. The saw is very light and easy to carry in it's protective handle. Great for working at home, work, or camping. Recommend caution when closing blade into handle, align blade in handle groove for safe storage.

While this saw ( actually the blade ) has been around for years it is by far the best saw I have found for trimming and pruning. It utilizes a Razor tooth design blade that cuts best by pulling back instead of pushing on the blade. It has an 8",slightly curved blade which is easily folded and only 10" long once folded. You can carry it in a back pocket or use the lanyard hole provided. This saw proved itself just a couple days after I got it. I was helping my neighbor trim his oak tree, I was up in the tree with my 18 volt saws all with a 12" blade, it got pinched three quarters of the way thru a 3" branch. Having this in my back pocket it was easy to access, hit the button and flick it open with one hand, while holding on with the other. Within 3-5 minutes I was able to cut enough to free the blade ( A new 12" $4.00+ blade ). Beware this saw is extremely sharp and fast. I am telling you once you use this saw you will never go back.

The folding saw is good for the job it was made for. The grip is excellent it fits rifhr into your hand and stays there with little or no slipping. The blade is made very well and the saw teeth are sharp and easy to clean and sharpen. The saw is very sturdy and is well suited to cut a fairly large branch. I would not use it to try and cut down a sapling or a tree tho. I give it a solid 5 rating.

This isn’t the season for pruning, but I noticed a couple of missed cross branches that I missed on a few of my ornamental maple trees. The saw worked perfectly and left a much smoother and straighter cut than my loppers or even my battery operated tools. The teeth are very sharp and it only takes seconds to cut a branch. It folds up nicely and stores with blade protection. I’m very pleased with this saw and will use it more often than any other pruning tools. I’m most impressed with the perfectly smooth accurate cut it makes.

This handy folding saw did quick work on some juniper bushes I wanted to remove in my backyard. The sharp teeth cut through branches easily and smoothly, without hitching or catching. I used this saw to remove branches up to 4" in diameter. I love that the saw folds down into its handle, so the blade teeth are protected. If you purchase this saw, please remember to clean it after each use to keep the blade teeth sharp and operating smoothly. This saw was just what I needed for my backyard! I highly recommend it.

Sharpest tree trimming saw I have ever owned. Do not get your fingers in the way it is very sharp. And unlike other knives or saws this oe cuts on the back draw or return pull. It will cut backwards as fast or faster than on the push forward stroke. Made of high quality steel and it folds back into it's own handle protecting the handler. Safety first with this one. A must for the tree trimming business or the average Joe in his tool bag. Highly recommend.

Great pruning saw, very sharp. Have only used it a handful of times to cut 1-2" branches. Slices through them pretty easily. The teeth are still pretty sharp. Not sure how or even if they can be sharpened. Handle is pretty big and comfortable to use, even when wearing gloves. The blade lock is very firm and provides solid engagement - it does a fine job of holding the blade both open and closed.

I used it to prune my small shrubs and then sawed a maple tree, quite big, and it cuts so well, easily and clean.An hour ago, my friend took it to clean us his backyard.

Our old pruning saw has been used so much the teeth were not very sharp and it was kind of heavy. We received this about 2 weeks ago and the other day it was nice enough to go out and trim some dead branches off some of the shrubs and the Corona Razor Tooth Pruning Saw made those branches almost cut like butter. A 2 inch branch was off in 30 seconds and for me that’s really fast. It has razor tooth technology that makes for a fast cut. Excellent tool.

This is a nice pruning saw. It worked great for pruning 1" to 2" branches from a plum tree. I like that it is made out of plastic. I have a wooden pruning saw and when it gets wet the wood can swell and cause problems. The locking mechanism is firm and strong. The red plastic parts are rigid. The black parts are very stiff rubber like material. This pruning saw is shorter than the wooden one that I have. The smaller size of this pruning fits into my jeans pocket well.

I learned a lesson with this product. It is a great product and works very well. I have used it on live branches and dead branches. It works equally well on both. It is not really a good saw for branches under 1/2" in diameter because it simply cuts too well. It is best on wood 1" in diameter and larger. The blade is very sharp and durable. The teeth cut very quickly because of their design. I love the safety that the blade folds into the handle and you have to press the release button to either unfold the blade or to fold it up again. It is a great addition to my yard care tool collection.

Corona Razor Tooth Pruning Saw. The saw is perfect size for garden tool kit or day pack (deer stand hunters out there) as folded it is light weight and only 7 inch long. It is rated to cut up to 4inch branch, I have cut 6 inch branch with it, just more work. The 3 sided razor teeth are super sharp and efficient at cutting, including your finger. That’s why I love the folding in half feature and lock so you don’t inadvertently touch those sharp teeth. The blade is heavy duty sturdy and a surprise, it’s replaceable from Corona. Handle fits like a glove, (easily wear gloves as well) has thumb rest and locks into position to provide “ more power” and efficiency.

Great tool for the short time before the blade breaks on you - and replacement blades cost a lot of money......Blade metal is VERY brittle so just be warned .

It cuts well. I don't have a lot of muscle so that matters to me. I had one before and it got to where it was hard to cut because the teeth that protrude on each side had gotten eroded away. But I used it for several years before that happened. I am going to get another for when this one goes.

I love this saw! Best yard/ garden tool I ever bought! I had to do a ton of weed/ vine removal in an overgrown yard, and I couldn’t have done it without this saw. Works great on smal branches too! Awesome!
