I need to know when the lights are coming and I need to know what's going on

Have to say that this was the most frustrating light install I have ever attempted. The ground wire was thin and difficult to connect. More irritating was the short length of the set screws that go into the ceiling mount which made it very difficult to line up the holes into the base especially with the thick backside insulation in the way when I tried to set it flush. Ended up tearing the insulation so bad that I just pulled it off and then dealt with stripped screws from trying multiple ways to set them. I am by no means a pro but have put up several lights, but nothing was ever this much of a battle. Feel like I wasted my money on this product as is all torn up now after a 4 hour wrestling match.

the lights work great got my hallway lit up real good, the customer service manager was on vacatsion so the backup got me the missing part the same day

Easy installation for my electrician. Product arrived well packed.

It never arrived and we were not informed. We hope and trust Home Depot will do better next time.
