Poor rating is not for the item but for Customer Service. I asked four people for help and told each time they would someone, never helping themselves or checking back or maybe even never really getting help as I was there about 40 minutes total and still no one came to help. Was just in the closet dept. I left. I came back days later and got this item although you should not have gotten my business. I didn't bother asking for help that I still needed since it would been a waste of time.

rebuilt closet, shelving and brackets, and slotted brackets worked well, did the job and everyone was satisfied and happy.

Convenient and replaced two (misc. shelving) to accommodate the consistenancy of closet shelving; for convenience!

Very bad experience. I went in for help and asked if I could return the product if cut. The person who cut it said it was fine so I provided. Had to return and I was told no.

It came in very scraped and “beat up” since it was only packaged in cling wrap.

I bought this to keep fly rods set up full time, works perfect for 9 foot rods! I don't have to break them down each time.
