Yes, the grill is well used and we replaced with same grill. Cooks even which is great when grill for lower temperatures for long period of time, easy to use for smoking and great cooking area for whole meal fixings.

I have cooked and smoked countless numbers of meals and my Char Griller never gives up. I don't think that I will ever buy anything other than Char Griller. This grill is built to last!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this grill over 10 years ago and have used it weekly all 12 months of the year. It sits outside under a covered walkway with no cover. Yes, I have replaced the ash tray and the grill racks a couple of times but it still keeps on grilling. Someday I will but a new one but the way it is going it may outlast me.

2nd charcoal Grill I have bought. 1st is mine and a larger grill. This is for my son for Xmas. I expect it to be just as good as mine.

Bought this grill 21 years ago....older than some of my children. Its been very reliable. In that time I did have to replace the coal grate and the ash catcher. The thermometer stopped working, but I knew how to use the grill so well it wasn't needed. Cooked countless Thanksgiving turkery's, Christmas hams and many, many everyday meals This was the best grill I ever purchased, well worth the money. Only reason I don't use it any more, I moved and couldn't take it with me.

On my second because I like it so much! I had the first one for over 7 years, lasted a long time, I bought a cover this time so the new one will last longer. It really does everything well. I can seare steaks, make hamburgers and hotdogs for the kids, I make pork chops, chicken, and mushrooms. Everything always turns out great. It was easy to put together you have to actually read the instructions not just look at the pictures. If you're on a budget you can not go wrong with this grill!

Ordered this grill almost two weeks ago; listed in stock. No shipment yet, no communication from the company either. I submitted a support ticket asking about it over a week ago and haven’t had a response from that either.

I'm on my second one of these. Very versatile, consistent results.

I was slightly apprehensive of buying a grill without a sidebox but found putting coals and chips to far right and meat on left under chimney has worked great. I was able to keep temp at a steady 275. So far grill has worked wonderfully. I followed manual and seasned inside and out and after a low burn in, it looks seasioned like grandma's skillet. I like it so far!

This is an excellent grill. And I`ve had plenty, I know grills. I`ve owned a just about every charcoal grill and smoker made for home grillers. Biggest purchase was in November 2017. Bought a GMG pellet grill "Jim Bowie" $700+. Turns out it`s just an outdoor oven with 0% smoke or grill flavor. Luckily it bit the dust last month. Cause I wanted to go back to the old reliable charcoal and wood grills and smokers. Had this grill about a week now, it is a very nice grill. Burgers, Chicken, Ribs, and hotdogs have been cooked on it so far. No complaints! Easy ash clean out. Love that it has 4 separate grill plates, make`s it easy to add coals or wood during the cooking process.

We've always had Weber's in the past. This is a good step up. We ordered the cover about a week later, and a mat. Recommend you get those too. I would buy again.

Great product for the price. Assembly was easy to follow. Cooking area is large and being able to remove any of the four grill grates makes it easy to access the charcoal while cooking.

I requested that my grill be assembled before pick up and it was. The only issue that I had was that, it took over a week for assembly being that the assembly crew only works 1 day weekly; at least that's what I was told but I love my grill!!! Very classy looking if I may say so..

box was pretty beat up and the bbq had a few bumps and dents but nothing a hammer couldn't pound out. Good value, easy to build and you get cast iron cooking grates which are great to cook on.
