The grill was easy to assemble, intuitive to use, and fairly easy to clean. The structure is not as strong as I would have liked, but it was a bargain price. Its a good price to quality value.

This was already put together when we purchased. It worked the first five times wonderfully. These last two times it's had a hard time getting hot. Hopefully it works itself out! We bought on sale, so it was a great value.

Purchased this as a birthday gift. And they said it was a pretty nice grill. It's been used 2 or 3 times a week since it was purchased. Hasn't failed them yet.

I did not have to assemble the grill and the store manager delivered it to my house at no cost after I was unable to get it in my vehicle. Nobody does this kind of thing anymore. I think he must be the nicest man in the world. His staff agreed with me.

Purchased this based off the many positive reviews. I bought a pre-assembled version at my local Home Depot. After getting it home I noticed the side burner was not assembled properly, the gas line valve was not inserted into the side burner pipe or attached to the grill (through the hole made for this). This would've created a spew of propane if I'd not noticed it. Not a grill problem, but a Home Depot assembly issue by the store. After fixing this myself, I then found that the regulator leaked where it connected to the propane tank. This is a grill issue. Luckily I still had my old grill and swapped out the regulator/line and got to grilling. Except for those 2 issues grill is great. Could stand a little more room under the top rack in order to flip things but minor nit-pick. Customer service at Char-Broil resolved my regulator issue in less than 24 hours and shipped out a new one no charge. Can't beat that customer service! I'd highly recommend this grill especially at this price. Just be sure to check your lines/burners/etc if you get a pre-assembled one and check for leaks like the manual says to. Middle seems to cook a little hotter than the 2 outside burners but that could be regulated and I've only used it once so far so I've got to learn the grill better.

THIS GRILL WAS SEEN ON LINE. WENT TO THE STORE AND ORDERED IT. IN TWO DAYS THEY HAD IT ASSEMBLED AND WE PICKED IT UP. ALL FOR ONLY $169.00 INCLUDING ASSEMBLY.WE WERE REALLY IMPRESSED WITH IT AT THAT PRICE IT WAS OF BETTER QUALITY AND HAD MORE COOLER HANDLES THAN THE LAST 3 GRILLS THAT COST US MORE.ONLY USED IT TWO TIMES AND IT LIT INSTANTLY THEN THE ADJOINING BURNERS LIT AS THEY WERE TURNED ON. LITE THE CENTER ONE FIRST AND ONE NEEDS NOT THE IGNITION SWITCH FOR THE OTHERS.ADMIRED BY OTHERS. JENSEN BEACH HOME DEPOT WERE GREAT AND EVEN LOADED IT IN OUR TRUCK.A REAL PLEASURE. Assembly time was great. Earlier review said 30 minutes or less and with the pre-attached screws they're probably right. The screws are aluminum so watch for stripping when trying to really tighten down. Sturdy construction. Only problem, I've experienced so far is that flame won't spread from center burner to adjacent burner when lighting sometimes.

Great price! Easy to put together, looks great, loves the shelf and side burner. Cooks perfectly. Ribs, chicken and Steak so far!

This new grill was a replacement for a grill that was approx 10 yrs old and had seen its better days. This new grill is awesome! Lights quickly, very even cooking, very easy to clean.

Got the grill on sale. I bought it online and picked it up at the store a few hours later. It was ready to go, and very easy.

Heat distribution and intensity are good, especially for a grill in this modest price range. Assembly was straightforward, improved by some major components being preassembled. Do-it-yourself assemblers should be aware that the screws provided are of soft metal - the heads strip easily.

For the money, this is a good grill. The ignition is easy, the amount of grill space is ample, and the temperature gauge sets it apart from other grills in its price range. I didn't realize until it was delivered that the propane tank has to be installed from the back. This is quite awkward, especially for anyone who was planning to put the grill up against a wall or (in my case) the side of the deck. Also, there is not enough room to use one of those gauges that let you know how much propane is left in the tank. So I sort of have to have the tank on an angle to make it all work.

Gave this as a housewarming gift to my son who picked it up assembled at his local Home Depot. After he got it home he noticed it was already rusting from having sat outside in the elements, and it was missing the drip pan and instruction booklet. These were replaced when he returned to the store and complained...they simply took the parts and booklet from another assembled grill, so someone else will likely have the same complaint soon. When he finally got to use it one of the four burners wouldn't ignite electronically, only with a match. Overall, a very disappointing gift-giving experience.

I purchased this 4 burner propane gas grille when I saw the attractive special pricing while I was in the store, and I was very familiar with the brand name and quality. I took it home in the carton and assembled it with my Son. We had a lot of fun assembling this grille and have been thrilled using it to cook on. Couldn't be happier with my purchase! A big, solid grill that looks nice, is easy to assemble, and fired up easily on its first use. I paid $170 and used a $10 off $100 coupon, so I'm very happy with the purchase so far. Having only used this grill twice, I can't really rate it as "Excellent" but that's mostly because my last Char-Broil grill rusted out after 6 years of sitting outside year-round under a string of grill covers often ripped full of holes by the wind. I've since moved and will be storing this one in the garage in the winter.

This grill rusted out very soon after a short time the carry over tubes were first. A little after a year(1 mo) things went real bad the wheels fell apart then the carry over tubes,heat tents, grease tray were next. Before Char-Broil was made in the USA now China has it. The sheet metal is poor, very thin. I use mine almost every day, down in FL. I wont waste my money with them again. Here comes a Weber.

Easy to put together. Does a grand job of cooking. Requires some thorough cleaning after each usage to maintain it. Grills are easy to handle as are the shields. Very pleased with it. Definitely recommend this brand of grill.

This was a great deal and a very good grill. Works so much better than my old second hand one.
