A good product. Two good days to assemble 3 7.5' wide units and had to special order the EZ Link kits (not cheap!) through the US Palram distributor (PolyTex), which was another phone call (you can't order online) and wait for the shipment, etc. Now it's up, and am enjoying it.

Looks great and did not take very long to install.

Well designed and engineered system. Easy to install and I actually was able to do it myself with minimal assistance.

Incredibly easy to assemble and very sturdy. Packaging was excellent - no damaged parts in transit. Was very happy to find this at Home Depot as it was sold out everywhere else!

The Awning is a quality product made from good heavy Aluminum, it's not thin or flimsy. Easy do it yourselfer for two people. The only problem I found is the Anchors that are supplied with the Awning will not work on a wooden wall they are for use on Bricks and Concrete. I contacted the company about anchoring to a wooden wall and they recomend that I talk to a Contractor about mounting it on a wooden wall. I like the idea that you can make adjustments to it before Anchoring it down permantly. Overall I think it's worth the time and money.

Was not difficult to install. Took my hubby and his father about 6 hours. We love it.

The installation was easy. The instruction lacked words and was mostly illustrations with some separate notes. The gutter doesn't work all that well. We have water coming out all over the place. With some shims under the posts I think I can better level the lower end of the cover to controll the directions of the water but I will have to bend the gutter to keep water from spilling all along the edge under the cover. Over all I like it.

It took two old people (with no relevant experience) just two days to assemble this very well designed product. The quality is very good; however, the instructions could definitely be improved upon, having lots of pages in lots of different languages but the pictures only format was often difficult to interpret, resulting in much unnecessary frustration and reliance on trial and error. Overall, we feel that the product is quite nice and represents an excellent value.

Easy to put together.Just if you get a 32 ft like I did there are actually 2 different size kits that go together. A 20 ft and a 12 ft. Came out great.

Product itself is attractive and seems sturdy, although ours hasn’t been exposed to bad (windy) weather yet. Home Depot’s choice of shipping companies, however, is terrible, and the assembly instructions are very poorly written resulting in wasted time.

I hired someone to assemble the structure. It took most of the day to complete. Looks beautiful, no sound when it rains and no leaks.

Easy to install in about 6 hours. Help was only needed for a few minutes. Hardest part was drilling the concrete patio for the supports. IKEA type instructions were easy to follow. Very happy with the appearance and may buy a second one.

The product came very well packaged and was for the most part very easy to check parts. I did feel the instructions could have been a little clearer but for the most part was not that bad. It does take two people to put this together. Seems to be very hard quality and Yes I am glad I brought it from Home Depot

This unit is great and just what I wanted. Easy to install and looks beautiful.

Much easier to install and assemble than I expected. It fits perfectly where I wanted it. I hope that the inserts endure weather because they are somewhat light weight.

Excellent materials. Was able to modify the depth of the kit with no problems to cover the basement entrance of my house.

We were pleased with the way it turned out.

I covered this cover into a screen porch using PVC lumber and screen tight. Worked great! I will likely reinforce the roof panels for snow load. I have a shed, entrance cover and now this patio cover from his manufacturer and they are all well designed and were easy to install.
