The instructions (all in pictures) were accurate & helpful. The materials seem very sturdy. And it’s quite attractive. You really do need 2 people to complete the final steps of installation but doesn’t take long at all

The canopy was packed properly and arrived in a few days. It was easy to assemble and and is attractive.

Very satisfied with my Palram Awning. It is over my backdoor and provides a cover for rain, where my storm door dosen't get completely wet. It looks really nice. Very pleased with my purchase, and the price was excellent.

Missing parts and products as very

Parts were missing from the box. Box was slightly opened this was the second order same thing happened with the first. My husband made it work but very frustrating especially since we needed by the first date ordered.

I love my new awning. It was easy to install for my handy man. Looks great over our side garage door.

Excellent. It wasn't easy, but I managed to assemble it by myself with no assistance. Also, the screws and anchors included in the packaging were good quality! Surprised me- usually ill use my own screws and anchors for an installation of something so heavy, but they did the trick. Measurements can be a little annoying since it's in Centimeters and not inches, but if you just be careful and go slowly, you can figure it out. Finished product looks great!!

It was easy to install and looks great! It's a nice update to typical aluminum awnings.

Actually I had it installed by a contractor. He had no problems whatsoever.

I loved the look of this product. Would have been a perfect fit for the area I needed coverage for. I read many of the reviews for this product since I was spending $390 without actually seeing the product. I was concerned with the number of reviews that stated the product was damaged or had missing parts. I decided to take the risk due to how perfect this looked and measured for our space. Unfortunately I am another customer that received only one part as a complete order. Box even said 1 of 1. All that was inside was the plastic sheet. No rails. No brackets. No hardware. No packing list. No instructions. Needless to say I took the advice from many other reviewers and opened the box before leaving the store. RETURNED FOR REFUND! Seems like Home Depot should quit doing business with this supplier. Again, spent $390, waited 3 weeks for delivery and end up with nothing. Disappointed.
