Nice awning. It’s attractive. Seems sturdy. Easy to install - well, drilling into masonry is no picnic but the rest of it was easy.

Product was as advertised. It was not hard to install, and looks good after installation.

Would have been 5 stars if it would have had some type of spacer to allow for mounting on a vinyl lap siding. Had to add some small blocks of wood as it was crimping the siding. Other than that a very nice looking awning.

Installed on modular home. Bolts supplied did not work so I used inserts rated for 150 pounds each. So far working great. No issues. Fingers crossed.

I really liked its construction. It was easy to install. The only downfall for me was the small gasket behind the top rail did not completely seal off the water from running down the wall on a stucco application. The drip edge could use a taller dam and guide the water off the sides to keep water from bouncing off the ground onto the door.

Nice, durable clear plexiglass canopy for my 5ft. patio door. Too bad, it only comes one size width (60” wide). I could have given 5 star if it came with toggle bolts in lieu of the cheap plastic anchors for hollow part of stucco wall mount. Mounting instruction directs you to install canopy 12” above the door. Chances are…this will be supported on the hollow space above the door. I had to buy (6) 1/4” x 3” toggle bolts to mount the wall brackets.

Quality was surprising and install was simple. Lots of compliments on the outcome and look. Initially I thought the price seemed steep. However, an all aluminum awning of similar dimensions would be just as expensive and nowhere near as aesthetically pleasing. It sheds water well to the sides of the front with the built in gutter. I can’t speak to longevity of the lexan, in regards to impact or scratches(hail, etc) as it is a new install. Time will tell.

This canopy gives the patio door protection from excess exposure to sun & rain. It also provided a more modern appearance instead of old aluminum awning style of the past. Installation was straight forward, no missing parts. We hope this will last awhile which we can’t address the durability or longevity since it’s new, which only time will tell. Gave 4 star.

This elegant little awning was easy for my contractors to install. The color is closer to black than gray, and is mostly indistinguishable from black. Improved curb appeal as well as creating a little shelter from the rain. I had previously installed another Palram awning on another home and it has held up well, even through snow.

Shipped quick, no "supply chain delays". Very well manufactured, arrived with no damage at all. Can be a challenge to install, but my wife and I were able to do it. This is my second awning from this company and both were very good.

It took a little time to decide how to attach this to the siding, or thru the siding in my case. But the install went just fine and I really enjoy standing under the canopy when it’s raining!!

Very well built. Great modern finishes. It was easy to install. Instructions are a little confusing, just pictures. The finished product looks amazing and is very sturdy!

No installation manual. You have to figure out where to install the parts. Customer service is non existent. I would not recommend the product even though the quality is good.

Easy set up. About two hours. Works great and lets the light so it doesn’t darken your door way.

A well built awning and pretty straight forward to install. It would be helpful to have two people but I did install by myself. The provided anchoring system was not adequate for my application and had to modify.

I love the awning it’s simple and does the trick but pls note it is gray in color. I wanted black so I spray painted the hardware and it worked out well

Looks good in the house. Gives good coverage and blends in with the house very subtle

It it looked so nice and sturdy when we had it installed....Then a crack in the Capella appeared exactly one week later. I am currently in the process of contacting the warranty department to see if they can send me a new piece.

Love how it looks and how sturdy it is! Highly recommend!
