Well constructed and easy to install. I have been using for a few months with no mechanical issues. However, my only complaint is I attached this mixing valve to a competitors bidet seat, and the connection is at the rear of the mixing valve block causing an interference with the back wall, therefore, to make this connection I have to swing the valve body 90 degrees and the valve handle does not face forward. All in all a good addition which prevents my eyeballs popping out of their sockets when using icy cold water on winter mornings.

Purchased with the dual valve handheld bidet. Boy Howdy! Am I glad! Takes a few seconds for the hot water to get upstairs, but so worth it for luxurious comfort. Way better than the ice cold alternative, because let's face it, my nethers don't need that level of refreshment.

This product is awesome. Came complete with all the parts you should for easy install. The temp mixer valve itself works great. And for those that complain on the reviews that the mix valve can run too hot, use little common sense and run the water to adjust the temperature to your liking, Really?

I liked the fact that, now using this mixer, i can use hot water mix for my hand held bidet. But the water temperature is not always predictable. For the same mixer position, sometimes you can get sudden extreme hot water which can burn your skin. Initially i was frustrated and thought about returning. But later I realized that, it may not be the problem of the mixer. Rather it is about the temperature of the hot water in the pipe. For example, initially, if the water in the hot water pipe was there for a ling time, it may get cold. So if you think that the water is cold so turn more towards the hot water side, after draining some water, when real hot water comes, it can be extremely hot. Anyway, once I understand this fact amd learned how to use it safely, i am happy with this product. Always remember to move the mixer position towards cold side after you use, otherwise the next person may get injured woth with extreme hot water sometimes.

Very easy and straight forward installation. End result is that it worked and looked very well made and professional.

Very good product. Works very well, now I have hot water whenever needed. Easy installation, took 5 min for my plumber, if I knew would have tried by myself. Package came with all accessories. Don't need to buy anything else. Always close the vault after each use.

The kit was quick and easy to assemble and install with the included parts.

This product is perfect and pretty working, it is easy to install just 5 minutes. the only thing that I do not understand, why they sell it without the shattaf in one package which means more money.

This mixing valve has been wonderful - it solves the cold water problem of using a spray cleaner. The provided hose (78") was very adequate and it is a nice touch to include 2 popular sizes of the T junction. I really like the nice H C marks also on the brilliant chrome finish - but as it is down there below the toilet tank one has to get used to it and not look for it every time. What would have made this even more cool would be a back flow preventer so that the toilet supply cold water does not go back to the hot water line and make the sink hot water lukewarm or cold. If one forgets to close this Hot/Cold valve (easy to do as the hand held spray also has a on/off lever) then the cold water goes to the sink. I am looking now for a simple back flow valve to put in. On the whole a very good product.
