So far it has worked well!

The measurements provided on the website aren’t correct. It didn’t fit the existing cut out.

It is so loud I have to return it. Second one I bought. 2nd one I’m returning.

Thoughts / recommendations - buy as high a CFM rated unit as you can afford (pass over the 50-80 CFM units). - the night light is pretty much useless as it needs its own wire / switch. I connected it with the fan motor power. - the spring clamps holding up the grill are not long enough; be prepared to be very aggravated trying to attach them. (Nutone please add an inch or two!) - the wires coming out of the back of the unit to connect are not long enough. (Nutone please add a few more inches!)

Quiet and illuminates the space. I didn't put in myself so no info on ease of installation.

This exhaust fan is perfect to combat the high humidity from the shower in a large master bath. It replaced an existing shower stall light. It is whisper quiet, super powerful and the lights are very bright. Dripping walls and fogged mirrors are no longer an issue. Installation was a little tricky from below just because the ceiling framing was done in such a way that there was no way to fit the unit in the existing stud bays without the exhaust connection being squeezed against another stud. Up to the attic to build out a new frame to securely hold the unit (it is big & somewhat heavy) and allow for the exhaust connection to point in the right direction for the connection to the newly installed 4" roof vent. 2 person job - one above and one below. I did not want the fan & light on separate switches, so I just tied them together to work with the one existing switch off the GFI circuit. I did not need the night light (which would have needed another dedicated switch) so I just left that disconnected at the fan box (capped and labeled just for the future homeowner to discover). Very pleased with this unit and would recommend it.

Overall, pretty good. Quiet, powerful, has a good light and a night light option. Would be better if it included the hanger bar set (part number MHB4) that Home Depot doesn't even sell! Without it, the installation options are limited, especially for replacement of an existing fan.

Purchased one of these 3 years ago and the motor quit working. Replaced with another one and within 2 days the motor quit working. Read Broan website reviews. Light works great but the quality control is lacking. Nothing better than army crawling in your attic to replace this at the end of summer but to have to do the job 3 times. Never will I purchase Broan NuTone again. Panasonic for now on.

We've had this fan in our bathroom for about 18 months now. It is quiet and we really like the night light feature. We removed the cover for thorough cleaning (easy to do), but getting the cover back on is a pain. The springs that hold it in place appear to be too short. So be advised, clean this in place, don't remove it from the unit, or be prepared for frustration putting this thing back in.

Just had this installed and it works beautifully, i like that i can dim the light. Exactly what i hoped for. Sarah

I have submitted a question through the manufacture. Mostly ok but the speaker is very quite. Once the shower is on and the exhaust fan I’m not sure how anyone could hear their music, my cell phone speaker is louder.
