Very quiet and functional

quiet and efficient.

The bathroom fan is very quiet and does a good job keeping steam out when using the shower.

Just completed the exhaust line out the side of the house and just hooked the fan up like 30 minutes ago. Great LED light and quiet fan. The Broan exhaust kit also worked even thought we all know zip ties aren't meant for this application. I used the aluminum metal duct tape to seal everything nice and ensure it would never disconnect. But I tend to overdue things as a rule. Thank You.

Easy To install. Great sound and performance level. Like the style of the inlet cover.

Installation was simple, fan was quiet. I used 3 speed ceiling fan switch and works great on low speed for my small bathroom and shower.

I installed in a bathroom with no attic clearance above the install point. This fan is NOT meant for replacing existing fans where you cannot do it from the attic. Apart from that, is really quiet and have serious volume/thruput.

So quiet you won't know it's on. Super happy with this product!

Much quieter than our prior fan which was the previous model from 12 years ago. Plus it pulls more cubic feet of air while quieter!

Got 4 for all three bathrooms and the laundry room. Replaced the old fans that were making so much noise that you could hear them with the doors closed. These fans are SO quiet! Installation was not easy because it was bigger than the older fans, but my contractor was able to finish all four in a span of 1 week. Next time, I would probably have this installed when I remodel the house before moving in.

works great. strong exhaust,pulls bathroom door open if not latched! uses 6" exhaust tubing. most others use 4".

I installed 2 of the model QTXEN110, 110 CFM Ventilation Fans. One fan was a replacement in a 100 sq ft bathroom and the QTXEN110 is much quieter than its predecessor. The other was a new installation in a 50 sq ft bathroom. The fans were easy to install, but I had access above from the attic for both installations. The 6" duct helps keep this fan quieter than models using a 4" duct. The main features are simply the fan exchanges the air and clears the moisture, and it is quiet. I highly recommend Nutone fans, and for the size and features I need, this fan is excellent..

Not only was this item damaged in shipping, but we discovered why it is so quiet... It doesn't work. I have a smaller fan that works better (same brand). I have to use them both at the same time to clear steam for a 10 min. shower. Paid a higher price thinking it would make the difference in quality. Just not so.

This exhaust fan is a real work horse and it is extremely quiet. The installation is a little tricky because it requires a 6" exhaust duct. The duct is easy to find but you may have to increase the size of your vent hole in your roof.

This fan is extremely quiet and we no longer have the smoke alarm going off with every shower! We purchased a timer with this fan and actually the timer clicking is noisier than the fan!

You can find the product you need and want with home depot. Might spend a few extra bucks but it might be worth it in the long run.

What a difference. No steam on the bathroom mirror - even after a shower. Not as whisper quiet as anticipated but a lot quieter than the previous builder's grade. Install took about 2 hours - fortunately had full access to attic to disconnect old one and reconnect new brackets and exhaust vent. Need 2 people to install. Had to cut about 2-3 inches of the ceiling drywall out to fit. So far so good. Unable to get same model for first floor bathroom b/c of no access between ceiling and 2nd floor.

These fans are so quiet compared to my old ones. After I turned them on for the first time, I wasn't sure they were working well. I put the instruction sheet of paper up to the fan and it held several pages there so I know it was working just fine.

I was stunned by how quiet this fan is! And the six-inch duct keeps the bathroom mirror clear, too! Can't give 5 stars because the hole I had to cut to get the box into (replacing underpowered unit) had to be cut slightly larger than the grill that covers it. It was quick to finish and paint, but it wasn't as easy as it might have been. Still, highly recommended.

The reviews were very helpful and correct. Because some complained of installation issues, we hired an electrician to install one in each of our bathrooms. He was not familiar with them, so he broke the flap that acts as a filter on one of them. That certainly was not the fault of the fan, but maybe heads up to a DIYer. The fan is so quiet that I forget to turn it off. If I had it to do all over again, I would have wired the light and fan to the same switch. Overall, exactly what I was hoping for - the walls are dry after each steamy shower, and I can't believe how quiet it is.

It's as quiet as advertised, yet it vents adequately.

This unit installed in no time. I installed it in a 50sq. ft. bathroom that was in dire need moisture control and it did the trick. Before, the mirror was completely fogged up and water would literally drip from the ceiling after a shower. Now, nothing but a a fresh clean/non-humid bathroom within seconds of turning off the shower.

This item is so quiet that you have to walk under the vent cover and listen to hear it. The air flow is great leaving noted by the luvers on the exit vent. They lift up when turned on and close when shut off. It is one of the best exhuast vents I've seen.

This fan is so quiet occasionally I forget I left it on! The light beige plain-looking unit keeps the room clear from steam too. So glad I made this purchase, I would buy it again.

While travelling, we found the identical fan was in the bath in our hotel. Quiet and efficient.
