Easy install
Replaced old unit with this one. Easy install. Nice finish. Kinda loud, but it does the job.

Fan did not work
Fan worked for 3 months, blowing outwardly. Tried to trouble shoot the issue, and continued to blow outwardly until the entire unit died. The lighting also wipe k would be in a continuous strobe effect even after having put in a new bulb and having an electrician install. Piece of junk

If air is blowing back into the room, it is either installed in a non-ducted manner or there is a blockage in the duct work. Good but not Great
This unit replaced the original white builder's equipment. The power box was on the other side of the unit, but that was my fault for not checking. The finish is nice and matches my black stainless steel appliances. The only short coming and the reason for 4 stars is the under side of the unit is bare sheet metal. The old unit was white all over, including the underside. It makes it look unfinished.

Nice vent hood
Sheet metal was a little lighter weight than I expected, bur it's not in a heavy use environment, so it will work well and looks nice.
