It makes noise. I'm not sure how much air will t actually moves.

Easy to assemble and right size. Just a little loud.

Product was much harder to install than competitors brand. Mounting assembly needs improvement.

Does the job, and fairly easy install.

Fan does not put out much air at all. Not very happy with it and will probably change it out.

I like the fan for my half bath. Would have given it a great review if it was just a little quieter.

Everything works good.

Cheap and barely does the job. Flimsy plastic and try as I might, I could not get the product to hug the ceiling.

We bought 3 of these fans to replace similar units installed when the house was built 35 years ago. These fans are intended for new construction - before the drywall is installed. It took some extra work and care to remove the old fans, and to install these with only minor drywall damage. I did not notice if they have a version intended for "old" construction. They work well, are not too noisy, and do seem to do well eliminating odors. Unfortunately, the replacement activated charcoal filters appear to not be carried locally, so will have to be ordered online when needed.

Good, quiet fan, but very difficult to install in a finished space. The fan box needs to have predrilled holes for alternate installation.

We placed this in a half bath for odors and we are very pleased. It runs quietly, does exactly what we wanted and was perfect for a bathroom with no existing vent fan.. I did not rate it excellent because I don't know how it handles moisture in a full bathroom.

The exhaust fan worked great for our 1/2 bath in the basement...

The trim cover was broken. I went to Home Depot but they couldn’t do anything

We were looking for a dependable, easy to install, ceiling fan for our bathroom. This particular model was recommended by our electrician. This fan sits flush to the ceiling and is relatively quiet. It works perfectly and didn't cost too much, even with the installation fee.

Great price, but one of the fans came in broken away from outer housing, couple of screws took care of it, seem quite, overall good value.
