We install these in all of our older apartments to...
We install these in all of our older apartments to replace the old noisy ones. Love them and having the light is great. Takes about an hour or less to to do the job.

Due to the "off-the-ceiling" design, the outer dimensions are a bit deceiving. With the installation of a small trim moulding, I was able to make it work out okay.

This fan isn't strong enough that the heat from water...
This fan isn't strong enough that the heat from water fogs the entire room which is no bigger than a walkin closet. I'm having it replaced with a 110 CFM. We will see if that works better.

We appreciate your feedback on the 763N model fan. This model should be using a 4" round duct size. It should not be reduced to a smaller size. The shorter and straighter the duct run, the better the performance. There should not be an elbow directly off the housing or an elbow connecting to the roof/wall cap. You will also want to make sure there is enough make-up air to replace the air the fan is exhausting. The door should be left open or undercut about an inch to allow for fresh air to enter the room.

Just what I needed and not a bad install
Works fine. Install not bad but did look up the wiring because the color wires I had (red) had a blue matching wire with unit. It is quiet enough and went in ok.

I only used half of this when one of our...
I only used half of this when one of our fans quick working. I used the motor and fan portion along with the bulb holder and outside covers. I was amazed that all of the parts fit perfectly into the nearly 20 year old fixture and worked perfectly.
