It was a replacement of the original one that I had. I liked the old one but it went out. The new one doesn’t seem to have the power the old one har The exhaust fan doesn’t have the force that the old one had.

After cutting a slightly larger hole we were able to remove and existing with this fan/light. I works perfectly.
If I had one complaint, and this is pretty universal across all brands, it would be nice if the side mounting brackets were on both sides. Sometimes the duct needs to go the other direction to miss the building framing

Good value. Lousey installation guide.
Once installed, it’s great. Replaced an existing fan that died.
I’m pretty experienced DIYer and took some figuring out to install it properly. Light installs oddly.
Once all in, it’s exactly as needed.

Great replacement for the older (18 yr) model. Also much quieter.
This was a good replacement fo my previous model. The wiring connections were on the opposite side than my old unit which required some cable rerouting, but all else had improved. It is also quieter than the old model. I recommend it

I would not recommend as it makes too much noise...

Hi Tika, Thank you for your review of model 763N. This units 50 CFM is best in rooms up to 45 sq. ft with 4" ducting. If you still have condensation in your bathroom, you may need a unit with higher CFM or you may want to be sure the duct size was not reduced as this could negatively impact the units performance. Also, this model should operate at 2.5 Sones for Quiet performance, enough sound to know your fan is on. We install these in all of our older apartments to replace the old noisy ones. Love them and having the light is great. Takes about an hour or less to to do the job.
