It seems as if bernzomatic has let the quality slip! The torch is nowhere near the quality of the one it replaced!

After using it less than a day, it seemed like if I wasn't careful, the handle would split apart at the connection to the bottle. No issues yet, but it does not appear to be a well made product after initial use.

Simple to use very safe and reasonable pricing

Easy to attach to fuel supply. Once sufficient fuel supply is flowing, the torch head ignites the first time every time and maintains good flow throughout use of fuel supply.

trigger wouldn't light the torch all the tie and then the flame wouldn't stay lit. I probably got the lemon out of all of them but when it don't work I returned it.

Works so well even when you have to tilt it. I love to use it to brulee custard.

Product performs as it should. However the price for what it is was very expensive.

The ts3500t is sturdier than other torch heads I’ve used, benzomatic included. Of course, it’s also more costly. You get what you pay for would apply here. And I haven’t used this product long enough or often enough to evaluate its long-term durability/reliability.

Threads were messed up coming out of a new package. Couldn't use.

I really haven't used it yet. I only bought it because I had to buy "something" to keep my credit card active. I'm sure it's fine though. My Dad had Bernzomatic torches for years and I remember him using it ALL the time...from doing some soldering to burning bugs. lol

Will not lite, have to use a lighter to lite it and does not turn completely off. Wasted a canister of propane.

Besides the fact it almost blew up the cylinder and caught my apartment on fire the other day.. can i exchange?

The dial was too finicky to get and maintain a steady flame. I'll be going back to a simple on/off for the small projects I have.

i use it for working on my truck , i bpought this item , becuase the other one with the foot hose was no longer in stock .

It's a torch. It spits fire goodly. Didn't get hot enough to work out a rusted bolt but worth trying vs buying an OA torch.

Works great for my needs. Easy to use and I added the hose extension to make the process lighter as well.

Good flame torch. Used for giving pallet wood a burnt look.

This torch has really worked great for all of my small around the house jobs. I also use it for my vehicle repairs to heat up rust fused metal's when penetrating oils just isn't enough. The price is really good also.
