Look really nice

Blind itself was fine, but the mounting hardware was missing. Thankfully this was a replacement unit, so I had the hardware already, but really could have left me in bad position.

These will not "melt" in the Florida sun. Others got wavy.

The product is alright, the cord set up is flimsy, the instructions were lousy, the pictures too small to identify how to mount the clips, had to go to the internet to see how it goes, and the Home Depot site was too hard to get to what I needed to see.

The blinds were "custom cut". They must have been done by a stupid person with their eyes closed. They were ALL the wrong length, even the individual slats were different lengths - some by as much as an inch. They were cut crooked and crimped. They were also bent. Mutilated, yet shipped.

Just replaced old blind of same type so no need to replace hanging hardware. This made it very easy to install.

Nice looking and easy to install, but they don't close enough to really block light and that was why I bought aluminum blinds.

Don't buy these if you want an inside mount. I've been wrestling with blinds trying to get them in the brackets for over an hour. The instructions are worthless, with no detail and vague pictures. "Mount blind in brackets." BUT HOW? Their "assistance guides" on their website are even less help, as they use a completely different bracket than the type that comes with these blinds. The construction of the brackets is poorly designed. Instead of having individual screw holes, there are long oval holes, so the bracket doesn't stay in place once it's been screwed in. The endcaps for the headrail and bottomrail don't fit either. I've emailed Bali customer service, but haven't gotten any response yet, and it's been several days. I can't call customer service because they're only available during the day when everyone's working... We need their help when we install them after work or on the weekends though. This whole process with the blinds has been a nightmare and I don't wish this stress upon anyone. Buy other blinds.

I prefer metal blinds over the plastic. These are good blinds as long as it is cut to the correct size. I had some issues previously with bad cuts.

Finally found blinds that fit the width of my windows. Even though I had to have them ordered, the wait was about a week and they went up easily, as long as you have a drill. Good quality blind for the price.

We ordered one blind to determine the quality since it is an on-line item only. It met all our expectations and we have subsequently ordered 4 more. Home depot cut this blind to perfection. I would highly recommend these blinds for anyone preferring aluminum rather than plastic.

Yes they do. Some however are harder to turn to open position than others..so much nicer than my old vinyl blinds..and much lighter to lift..I just wish I could have ordered them to length without needing to customize..after all, offering differing lengths would SAVE YOU materials..and me time and wasted product.

I was not happy with ur room darkening blinds. My room so bright in the morning. I would not buy these again!

The overall quality of this product is well below our expectations. First, we had troubles installing it (inside/ceiling mount). We had to add a washer between the ceiling and the bracket, otherwise we could not install blind i brackets. Second, after installation, whenever we raise the blind all the way up the cord does not lock evenly and one side of the blind drops 2-3 inches down. Third, The lowered, the blinds do not go all the way down and we have to pull it down by the bottom rail. Fourth, when raised all the way up, the blind pushes the wand out so the wan does not hand vertically. We purchased separately Bali 35/72 and it is a somewhat better - only issues 1 and 4 apply it it. We had very good experience with Levelor alu blinds bought at Home Depot back in 1995, but the Bali 23/72 is a disappointment.

Overall the look of the blinds are great! But a lot of sunlight comes in. Darkening is kind of misleading. The blinds seem thin as well.

I installed Bali blinds from Home Depot in all of my windows 10 years ago - they have held up well until this year when one of them was broken by a cat. I was pleased to discover that I could still order a replacement -- the blind has changed in design slightly but the bracket is the same which made installation super easy for me. The only detail is that the blind I ordered is about 5-6 inches shorter than the older ones and so I will need to reorder the longer length when it is back in stock. For now I'm pleased and the blind is in the window with an installed air conditioner so the shorter length is not issue until fall.

Only one problem with these blinds................the 3 strings keep popping out of the white holder thing!

Worked well !! Good product.. but need to ship all at once !!
