I am replacing older vinyl blinds with the aluminum. The difference is amazing. So much easier to clean and the cords are much more secure.

I love these blinds. They are built well and the champagne color is so soothing. I purchased in the store but my cat jumped on them chasing a bird and bent them. So glad they still carry this color online because the store didn't have it anymore.

Purchased 13 Bali Blinds...One out of 13 did not work, had to return. Had to order them on line because they stopped ordering them for in store.

Was fairly easy to install. Seems to work, No problems yet. Accept for one where the bracket kept popping off. Returned it with no problems.

They were easy to put up and shorten to the right length, and they work well.

Good quality and easy to install. Watch for off cuts though! Either entire width or sometimes one horizontal piece is shorter. Overall very nice, can't complain, I love them but watch for what I said. Also they cut them sometimes they put shorter blinds in larger size box so measure

I had some difficulty placing the shade in the brackets after drilling holes and putting brackets on inside window frame but once I did everything was fine. Nice appearance.

I purchased this mini blind to replace a Bali blind that I bought 22 years ago when we first moved into our house. I was hoping that the mounting hardware would be identical so I could just snap the new blind in the old hardware. The mounting hardware is a little different though. My husband was able to take the old hardware down and re-use the same screw holes to put the new one up thought. Hopefully this blind will last as long as the one it replaced!

I cannot express how disappointed I have been with Bali as a company and these blinds. I had to re-order them 4 different times before I got one that actually worked. Who inspects these before shipping!!! I would never purchase Bali Blinds again and if asked I would never recommend!

It would’ve been nice, if Bali had used standard “side mount” hardware instead of poorly designed “overhead” clips that don’t easily latch onto the blinds. It kept popping out and I caused cosmetic damage to the white paint by trying to force them back into the metal clips. The instructions and illustrations were too vague and small to be of real assistance. The text simply says, "Mount blind in brackets," but it's not that easy! Some other buyers rave that this was an easy install… They must have purchased a different model. Instructions on Bali website show the standard “side mount” brackets. No help at all. I had to have these custom cut, and I am so frustrated by time wasted, sending blinds back and forth to merchants, that I may just keep them and build my own makeshift mounts. This stuff used to be easy, but manufacturers are now making it hard through poor bracket design!

I love my new blinds. I chose aluminum because of my South West exposure to sun and it's brightness bled thru and lit up the room earlier in the AM. These new ones block out the morning light better, but will buy the special order ones later as I need major room darkening. These new ones work good though. A little difficult to get the bracket to grab the front lip and press the back in to attach though. Took a few tries on both but not to many. Good value for the price.

ordered blinds for inside mounting, didnt know they had to mounted outside or top therefore they didn't work for me. quality and color were great. Will not order again for that reason.

The blinds fit perfectly. Installation was smooth and didn't take to long. They open and close nicely.

Very easy to replace existing translucent plastic blind. Room darkening is just what I needed to avoid glare from west facing window while using desk in the afternoon. Recommended.

Worst purchase ever. I believe I returned 4 out of 6 purchased. They were so cheap and defective.

Blind was perfect. Right size and easy to install. Very happy with it.

I like the price. Also once installed they work great and look like very expensive blinds. But there are manufacturing problems, and unless you are a pro, you might get into problems. First the brackets are not great and it takes alot of effort to snap shade into place. In a few instances, the brackets bent the top frame out of shape and had to be repaired to get them to snap in place. Also the cord has a two part snap knob that falls apart with use. The shades do not darken the room, but only block the sun. They properly block the sun only in one direction of the blades. In the inward direction, the sun goes through the slots.. i would buy them again, in spite of the limitations.

We like aluminum blinds because they can be cleaned easily

We went through two sets of these terrible blinds and the drawstring was borderline non-functional on both of them. The blinds simply don't raise and lower smoothly -- one side or the other gets hung up every time we pull the drawstring up or down. Pulling them all the way up is nearly impossible as one side always drops back down a few inches, and one side usually gets hung when we lower them. Raising or lower the blinds typically turns into a five-minute hassle of fighting with the drawstring and pulling the blinds down manually just to get them to work at all. I've never seen a product fail so utterly to perform its sole function. Installation is also a huge pain as noted in other reviews, but I could live with a hassle upfront if the blinds worked properly afterward. They don't. Do not buy under any circumstances.

It matched my exact specifications after I ordered these last fall at the store. The old one wouldn't go up/down as it should have so I ordered a new one and it works fine so far.....Just as I thought it would work...... Thanks!!!!
