Works fine. Previous one lasted 7 years. Getting tougher and tougher to find the 18V battery sweepers, though. Home Depot has the batteries in stores but not the products. Doesn't make sense.

Okay as a light duty sweeper
I like the 18volt battery as it provides enough time to get most projects completed. The balance of the sweeper makes it easy to hold and use and it's light enough for anyone.
My one complaint is that the capacity of the sweeper is rather wimpy. When it's billed as a "sweeper" and not a "blower" they mean it!

Great Battery Powered Blower
Great product and has plenty of power. Only downside was that the battery only lasts about 20 miniutes.

Good blower for small stuff
This cleans up grass clippings and leaves on the driveway and walkway very well. The only problem I had was the battery would not completely charge - after leaving iin on the charger overnight, there was only a few minutes of run time in the battery. Home depot replaced the entire unit and battery.

Just what I ordered
Light, easy to handle, just great for quick clean up jobs in front and on upstairs decks. Runs about 10 minutes on full charge. Not for heavy or prolonged clean up but great for quick blow jobs.

Time saver
Works great for the patio, garage and driveway. It now takes 5-6 minutes for this task that I used to put off because broom sweeping requited moving furniture and about 20-30 minutes..

It's a Sweeper
The blower is very handy for keeping driveways, walkways and patios clear of debris. It is light and has a decent battery life of about 1/2 hr if fully charged. The battery is interchangeable with other B&D yard tools allowing the use of multiple batteries from other devices. The charging time is a bit long at 9 hrs but with multiple chargers and batteries you can do quite a bit. The blower is not for lawns or heavy materials. With it being cordless it is quite nice to blow lawn trimmings and leaves off of hard smooth surfaces. A time saver and not to noisy.

Great addition to my yard tools.
The sweeper is just what I needed. After trimming the lawn around the pool area with my Black and Decker 18 volt trimmer, the sweeper cleans up the decorative stone area perfect. The battery power lasts longer than I figured it would.

Great purchase
The cordless sweeper is great. We have a small yard and it works great around landscape rock, the driveway, and sidewalk. It works great to help keep the garage free of leaves etc. We even use it to blow debris off of our outside air conditioning unit. I haven't been diappointed in my purchase. It has met every challenge I've presented.

Satisfied Customer
Purchased this cheap at an end of the season sale at Home Depot. This is a sweeper. Think of it as a replacement for a broom - not a replacement for a leaf rake. After cutting my lawn, I sweep out my garage, driveway, deck and sidewalks ( All flat, hard surfaces) All in all, it does a decent job on one charge. I would never consider using it in the fall to handle wet, heavy leaves. I have a strong corded blower for that job. This is a light weight, low maintenance, easy to use sweeper that I will use regularly till the fall. I have used it 4-5 times this spring.

Perfect sweeper
Keep in mind that this is NOT a leaf-blower, this is a sweeper. It is perfect for keeping the garage floor, driveway, and sidewalks clear of grass clippings and leaves - and other light duty uses - but will not move large masses of wet or heavier debris. It is much quicker and easier than using a broom.

Not bad, but not great.
I feel like it does what it needs to do, but it simply doesn't last long enough with the battery life. What the video, I explain it better there.

Not enough power charge in one batterty
Its a good product, but the battery life is not long enough to get loads of work done. I own a Black and Decker Weed Wacker and a Hedge Trimmer that both came with rechargeable batteries, and they are interchangeable so I have to use 3 batteries with the leaf blower in order to do work for around 60min. If you buy this unit, make sure you have more than one battery fully charged or you will be looking at maybe 15-25 minutes of power

Easy to use
This product is easy to use. It is only for small jobs such as sweeping off my deck and walkway. Occasionally I do the driveway too but it is not for leaves in the yard. It was a great price and I like that the battery is interchangeable with my weed whacker.

Works well for my needs
I have used this blower to clear leaves from the yard, blow them out from the french drain and away from the base of shrubs, etc. and it works well. Obviously it will only last as long as the battery last but for a small yard it is fine. I am thankful there is an alternative to a gas powered unit and all the hassle of storing fuel and oil and listening to the LOUD NOISE.

GOOD FOR A SWEEPER
OK KIDS,
This sweeps my walkways, porches, and around the pool once per charge, so I charge it while not in use and then use it everyday / every other day.
I bought it for the low decibel rating - it is quiet enough.
I bought it because it was cordless. - easy and quick to use, I sweep all my hard surfaces in 6 or 7 minutes.
I bought it as a sweeper - I don't have to move patio furniture, sweep and move furniture back - too time consuming!
The battery charge lasts (like most sweepers I've reviewed) about 1 use. It is lightweight for light jobs.
For the big jobs, I break out my cumbersome, corded, blower and vacuum.

Died after a couple of months
the battery takes way too long to fully charge and doesn't last very long when it is. I could usually do either my front or back yard before it started to die. It's not very powerful and when the battery begins to die it almost worthless. Also, recently it started making an odd noise and then just gave out. The quality is horrible.

12 minutes on a fully charges battery
On the plus side it is light, easy to use and will blow a light covering of dry leaves on a small hard surface. On the negative side it has weak air flow and the fully charged battery only lasted 12 minutes before recharge was necessary. Don't expect it to clear much more than a patio or medium drive on a charge. I tried several batteries with the same result.

Love It, Great for enclosed porch
If you have a smaller area to clean, you will love this. It has enough juice to do my circular driveway and front porch. I have to charge it overnight to get my screened porch cleaned off. But no big deal. It beats using a broom and wearing yourself out. I also use it for the garage! Some type of hook would be nice for easier storage.
