[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose Limousine Leather, a rich, sophisticated and softer black, to cover -- of all things -- a little wooden doll's chair. After sanding the rough surface and wiping it clean with mineral spirits (allowing it to fully dry) I applied two coats and could not be happier with the result! Now I'm using it on a redwood bench I'm refinishing that's seen many years outdoors already. After two coats it looks almost brand new. This color is even better than expected and truly does remind me of leather upholstery - sheen, not shiny. Just what I wanted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just updated the exterior of our 1971 ranch. The Behr Ultra did a fantastic job even in colder temps. We applied at about 40 degrees and the coverage and finish are beautiful. We also updated the brick with a wash of 50/50 Behr concrete & masonry paint and water. The finished project is a win. Thank you for a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Paint is very thick and covers well. Color is lighter than shown (both here and on the Home Depot website, as well as on the can). In our case we were painting a residential fuel tank so it doesn't matter that much, but where the exact shade/tint is critical it would be a good idea to get a sample(s). I had spent a rather ridiculous amount of time on the Behr website finding just the right shade of green (similar to a "British racing green") so I was disappointed that it came out much lighter than shown. Two coats of paint were applied according to the directions. Temp was about 70*F, humidity maybe 50%. Used a brand new, high quality 3" Wooster brush -- yet the paint never laid completely flat. Brush marks are clearly visible. I expect better from (expensive) Behr Ultra paint. I probably should drop the rating to 3 stars but the quality of the paint and the coverage seem very good, so I'm leaving it at 4. See the photos for color comparison. Obviously there are differences between monitors/displays, but what I see is an accurate representation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we purchased this home we knew that when the weather improved we had, had to paint the trim especially on the front door. I couldn't stand it another day, so I sanded and then put a coat of prime. Some of the door was down to the wood. The Behr went on quickly and smoothly and looks great. If I can do it (77 yo woman), everyone can. Now going onto other windows trim that are sad looking also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a quart to paint my cottage front door and I love how it was so easy to use with a mini foam roller. I did 2 coats and it dried fairly quick between coats. I used about 1/4 of the can for 2 front doors (one side only for each door).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone in my family was trying to convince me to hire a professional painter, I refused because I recently retired and my home is only one level. It was so easy with this paint and it held on so strongly. The whole neighborhood was in aww due to the beauty of the home after the paint job. there were very little acres where I needed double coat the paint because I painted it back to its original color which the sun faded after 25 years. Thanks Behr Ultra I use to hate to paint now I look forward to it.

I did have a problem area under a roof overhang that required patching, so I used a primer and two finish coats. I am satisfied with the performance of this paint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this paint on my porch railings 2 years ago. The sun bakes the railings in the warm weather, and is out in the freezing icy weather as well. The paint is tough and seals and protects the wood. I don’t think I will need to repaint for awhile. The last paint, different brand, was peeling off, and lasted only a year or two.
