This is one of the best ceiling paints I have ver used. Coverage is great, nice even color throughout and definitely will handle a little scrub should accidents happen.
Highly recommended.
NOTE: it's a litle tough on the clean up. Make sure you get brushes into some soapy water !

Florida ceilings
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After all that tropical weather last year my husband used the BEHR ULTRA® Stain-Blocking Ceiling Paint to do our bedroom ceiling. All I heard was "Wow, this is good stuff!" And the results are good, too. Still looks great and brand new after 12 months.

Great coverage

Great coverage, dries perfectly!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this paint over the weekend to paint ceilings in my house that were originally quite a dark gray. I was thoroughly impressed with the coverage of this paint. Two coats covered the dark gray perfectly and I only needed one coat to cover the lighter colored ceilings. Photos are before and after of the dark ceiling after two coats.

Drywall and texture

very different
The name is lavender sky. It absolutely is not. It's way too purple to have "sky" anywhere near the name. It's my fault for buying it online but, I have PTSD that makes public spaces difficult for me. But I learned my lesson and will have to go inside from now on for paint.

This paint did not cover the ceiling even after 2 coats of primer and two coats of this paint. Gona have to paint the ceiling again only with some other better paint.

Hello, thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to hear your paint did not provide the coverage you expected. Generally, paint covers in 1-2 coats. However, additional coats may be needed for uniformity. To fix the issue, I recommend letting the paint dry for 48 hours, as that may let it even out. Paint has good coverage

Terrible result
I used the regular Behr ceiling paint before, but it was very thin and was not impressed with the coverage. I tried this, having used the ultra grade on walls with decent results, but this stuff was appalling to apply. It is very thick and covers very well, but when I went to backroll to even it out, it turned gummy and created a terrible texture, like it wanted to peel off the wall and stick to the roller. Now there is a inconsistent sheen, texture, with roller marks everywhere.

When applying the paint, it is important to allow it to dry before going over the same area, as doing so can cause the paint to dry too fast and lift from the surface. Bad coverage. I had to paint over the ceiling paint with a different brand. We spent twice the labor and twice the money doing the job twice. Very unhappy with this paint.

Great paint Stupid painter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to brighten up a couple of rooms in my house. The Ultra White Ceiling paint did the trick. I had to do two coats because I was not using the correct roller. A simple question would have saved some time and effort.
