The paint did cover the in coat like it ssys snd had to buy another galloon and was not happy. The gentlemen in the store said I would get a credit for 1 of the galloons of paint because it didn't do as it was to.

Love the easy open can and the extra pouring cap that I received when I purchased this paint. Four star rating due to more than one coat had to be used in my application to cover up a very light blue paint.

One coat...went from deep lavender to white lavender.... color dried beautiful without any bleeding...

Great coverage even with one coat (yellow over dark beige).

Was tinted blush white and it is very pretty..slight tinted of orange made my room glow when the sun shines on it...very pretty

This product advertised as being one coat and you don't need anymore while a took us 3 Coats in order to get the wall a 5 by 7 wall covered and I don't like that it leaves streaks when a professional painter is using it. If I could get my money back I would

I absolutely love the Home Depot Marquee paint. I’ve painted my interior and exterior of my house a few times and usually used Behr paint plus primer. It’s a good paint but I always needed 2-3 coats and it was time consuming. I wanted to try the Marquee this time but I hated that I had to spend the extra $10-$15 per gallon but I caved in. Best investment ever this time around. I literally only needed 1 coat!! The best tip for the one coat application is that you have to roll over the area a couple times more than usual but it saves sooooo much time!! (There were a few areas it needed a light second coat). It is a thicker paint and covers stains with 1 coat. I will always purchase the Marquee paint from now on.

This paint is the best paint I've ever used. One coat and that's all I need. Wiping it clean is a breeze ive even used a lightly rubbing dry eraser to remove scuff marks from shoes with no issue. I also gave it on my kitchen cupboards, white and I use the dry eraser for various stains such as coffee. Comes right off with no dullness. Great paint worth the money.

Gorgeous! Really covers in one coat no priming! Have like 1 month! Easy go on and use, easy with roller as well full coverage was able to pant rooms quickly! Was even able to wash a opps spot off my cream carpet !

Good coverage and the paint holds up after it dries. I used it on door and floor trim and to cover over oak kitchen cabinets and it is not wearing or chipping.

Painted our kitchen with this paint. Because the former color was dark, I expected to do two coats. This paint fully covered in just one coat as promised. The color is beautiful and the paint went on beautifully. I highly recommend the paint to anyone. It will save you time and money.

I bought this paint because it was shown that even white would paint over red in one coat. Well, it did not cover my brown with one coat. It is more expensive and now I have to buy another gallon to finish my bedroom.

Excellent paint, it truly only needs one coat!

I recently updated my windows in my garage and my wife says we need to paint our pink walls. I used the Behr app to pick out a new color. I did a screen shot of the paint code and took it to home Depot. They recommend this paint and said it covers everything in one coat. Guess what? It did cover it in one coat. it cost a little more but it is worth it.

Always covers good and easy to clean habit faded. It's my 1st choice

It stinks and is very fumy but it does the best job. I had rough textured walls with damage and they were bright teal. A light blue like gray covered in one coat! Hides a lot of imperfections as we had a lot of places with the wall pulled half off with a bad touch up job where there were sticky circles on the wall.

Good paint just one coat and you done

Being a first time painter, I first needed some advice on who does the best matching and has the best paint. Internet searches led me to Home Depot and Behr Paint. Trotting down to the Murrieta store, with sample in my hand, I was met with a woman who was knowledgeable, patient and gave me the best advice. My goal, only paint the wall once and once it was. This paint is easy to use and truly covered my darker walls in one coat. Someone came over and asked me who I had paint the wall and I was so happy to say that I had done it myself.....was told it looked like a professional painter. It truly was the paint. I will continue to use this brand and my Home Depot professional.

Paint went on easy and looks really good

We recently painted our home with over 14 gallons of Behr Marquee paint in Semi-Gloss and Satin. I really liked the consistency of the paint and the smooth way in which it laid down. It dried quickly - but not too quickly - and survived our friends helping us move in after only 2 days of drying with hardly any touch up needed. If you've scuffed up against new paint you'll understand how great it was to have the paint be so durable so quickly. The negatives - it does drip. This is a heavier paint which probably helps it coat well but it can begin to drag down your wall after 10 minutes or so. We found it helped to review each section after 10 minutes to catch any drips that had formed. The other negative, which didn't really surprise me, was that it was NOT 1 coat. Even the packaging says you will need more than one coat for durability, but beware it will not cover completely with one coat. As a result, we had to spend over $200 more in additional gallons of paint. It did a great job of covering the previous home owners very bright color palette but required 2 coats throughout and an occasional touch up with a third coat. Nevertheless, I would recommend this paint as a great choice.

This was the worst experience with paint that I have ever had. When painting the paint would peel off. We would roll on the paint move to the next section, come back and overlap so there were not any lines and when we would overlap the paint would peel back off. The area had been primed twice, the temperature was optimal and the humidity was average. So, needless to say the conditions were perfect! Very disappointed with this paint. Especially for the price we thought we had bought a very high quality paint. The area in the picture was the worst, there were smaller spots all over the entire area, which had to be entirely repainted.

I really like this paint. I bought the silver and it covered my chocolate walls in one coat. Absolutely fabulous!

Edges peeled when tape was removed. Covered well with 1 coat.
