Front made of plastic, door would not close tight enough for switch to know door was closed, therefore no water. Contacted Avalon only to get instructions on removing, adjusting & replacing door. Sorry but I didn’t buy a brand new item & expect to have to work on it. Haven’t done adjustment yet so can’t say if it fixed the problem. Also think the base should be included as machine on it’s own is too short I’m 5’ 3” just to give perspective.

Very nice, works well and affordable Home Depot offered lower price. I’m very happy with satisfaction.

I’ve had my A4 water cooler for a couple of weeks now and even more impressed with it than the day it arrived. I had to replace the water bottle and was amazed just how much water it is able to draw out of the bottle. There was maybe a quarter cup of water left over. The hot and cold function work really well. The hot is very hot and the cold is almost ice water temperature. The night light is an added bonus and works very well in a dark room at night. I love the bottom load feature as I’ve always been afraid of a top loaded cooler developing a leak and wind up with 5 gallons of water on the floor or carpet. You’ll be very happy with this cooler, I certainly am!

So far so good, it is nice to have a water dispenser in the home with a large family. Definitely a plus.

I had my A4 a couple of weeks now and it continues to impress me. I had to exchange my 1st bottle today and was very impressed at how much water it actually drew from the bottle. Very little left over, a quarter of a cup at the most. The cold is very cold and the hot is very hot. The water flow from the nozzles are quite good. The night light performs well and is very useful in the dark at night. This cooler is everything that you could want andthem some. I am very thankful for the bottom load instead of trying to lift and then flip over a 5 gallon bottle. It makes it a breeze when it's a bottom load as this one. plus the fact of I have always had a fear of a top loaded cooler leaking when I wasn't around and come home to 5 gallons of water on the floor. I don't think you'll be disappointed with this cooler, I'm not!

So far it seems like a wonderful addition to my household! No longer will I have to go into the laundry room to fill 2 reused gallon jugs just so we have clean, cold water!

The unit is working well, no complaints. The hot water is a big plus. Only issue was a bulge in the top of the unit. It caused a discoloration of the black top. It does not seem to be causing any issues. Just wish it wasn't there. This is the reason for only 4 stars.
