Easy set up, works great, however there is no handle to open the door. You have to pull on the removable drip tray, it dislodges, has to be straighter back into place, etc. overall feels a bit flimsy but seems to work well. I’ve had it 1 month. It took 3 weeks to get here, it was delayed leaving the warehouse.

Looks good in the kitchen. Easy to load but sometimes spilling occurs. Came dented but luckily facing the wall.

Very happy with this water cooler. Water temp is perfect and I love the nightlight as well.

This replace my top loader that broke down. What a world of difference in the bottom loading unit. The night light is a must. Very happy with it.

Ordered this because our water is absolutely disgusting and I’m tired of hauling in cases of water every week. I now have Sparletts bringing water to the house and love it. The water is so good. I love the cold feature and use it the most. Have not tried hot yet. It’s very essy to change out the water bottles on it with just a few seconds.

Really the only thing is the dispenser was just too short and I punched the Avalon base pedestal. I like the hot and cold water. The hot water is really hot and the cold water is really cold There is nothing that I don’t like about this dispenser and the price was great.

So far so good. Arrived well packaged and in good condition. Easy to set up.

I love the fact that it is a bottom fill cooler. It makes it much easier to change the bottles. The light makes it easier to see where the nozzles are at night instead of having to turn a large light on. The temperatures of the water are spot on for our liking. When the water is cooling or heating it runs very quietly. So far we like all the features of this water cooler.

I really like this dispenser. The only thing I'd like to change is I wish the dispenser outlets weren't so close to the back so the cup wouldn't touch the back wall. But that's just me and one of my quirks. The hot water comes out really hot and is perfect for broth. I'm very pleased with this purchase and recommend to everyone.

A nice stylish unit. Water comes out cold instantly.

Seems to be a decent product so far. Very quiet. It stops despensing water after a little more than a quart and you have to wait a while before despensing more. It would be a better design if it would draw straight from the bottle when choosing cool after the initial holding tank is empty so It doesn't take for ever to fill a gallon jug.

The product made some initial noise but seems to be running smooth now

I've read a lot of the reviews, mostly the 1 star ones to look out for any faults. But since I've gotten the machine it's been working perfectly. I followed the manual step by step and everything seems to be in order. Some of my other family relatives liked it too and are considering buying it!

Worked exactly as intended. Hot water is great for teas, cold water is very cold and nice on hot days!

Wonderful. Easy to set up and use. I can make a nice cup of hot tea from the hot water dispenser and the cold water is nice and refreshing. Having the bottle on the bottom is a big plus as it is super easy to change out bottles. No heavy lifting.

Avalon never returned my text for a problem that should never left the factory, told them I would buy a different brand and I’m very satisfied with my choice
