Can’t hold snow on it. Make sure you rake the snow off if you get one or make braces or it will look like this…

I am happy with this product. I had no problems with assembling this product. Directions are clear for the most part. I live in the south and it has been really. It took me two days to install. One person can do the install. I would recommend two people. The product is strong and sturdy. The price is good. I rate it 5 stars. Overall I am pleased

I managed to assemble this all by myself but it definitely took longer than a few hours. More like a week if you were to total up the hours. Several points I would like to make to make this a much better product. If they would paint a center line down the tops of the trusses it would really help. I did this with a yellow construction crayon and it helped to know that I was drilling in the right place. Also refrigerate the buytl tape to make it easier to handle.

Finally got to build this thing. The self tapping screws were difficult to engage. Takes time for all this drilling.

I purchased the 12x24x9 carport one week ago and I am very disappointed in this model. First of all, the carport is wobbly and not solidly built, not sure if it’s because I got the taller model. Secondly, the paint on the frame is already flaking off in big chunks and already rusting. Thirdly, they provide a very thin layer of butyl tape that does not really seal the carport joints causing leaks. I don’t expect multiple years of use. Save your money and invest in a better quality product.

Leaks like our old tarp did. Followed direction to the T. We bought two, 1st one assembly was a learning curve, the 2nd one leaks just as bad! The company, Arrow, is no help. We waste $8000. We tried extra screws, caulking, flex seal liquid, flex seal tape, to the tune of $200 worth. Slowed the leaks down. Just bought a $100 tarp, looks terrible!!!

Lots of work, Metal has a lot of sharp edges , Self tapping screws could be a little sharper.

It wasn’t that bad to assemble if you have the right gadgets to keep it square and dimensions correct. The 2x2 tubes that were bent were a major problem, they were not bent correctly. The tubes needed to be bent with a mandrel so they wouldn’t be soooo distorted which was the cause of dimensions to be wrong once assembled.

I love it.Perfect size for compact cats with plenty of hright. Also has eye appeal..

I purchased the carport less than 2 years ago and it has rust on it.

Well we installed it and then installed the old metal fencing from the original wood pen plus we added a small phone pole to the back plus the anchors it came with. Since then we have experienced one tornado and just had another storm just the other day and it is still standing . We are very pleased with our canopy. Thank you

It is awesome but the holes should be marked yo help with the alignment.

Im very desapointed of the carport,after 2 week the end of the roof started to rust(i live in Quebec Canada) and its not winter yet... im worry that it wont last , and the roof leaked at several place, i had to put silicone all around, the silicone strip that is provided in the kit do not seem to seal properly. I do not recomment this carport.

Took about 12-14 hours to build and required 2 ladders (at least 7 feet works best). Nice finished product, but aligning the roof sheets was a real challenge.

We were pleased with our purchase. It was very easy to put together. It’s very sturdy. We put it on our paved driveway to cover ours cars; in lieu of a garage. So far, so good!

Although assembly requires at least 2 people and several hours, it was easy enough. The carport holds up nicely, requires only a few tools for assembly and looks great once put together. We received a good amount of rain the very next day after finishing installation and the roof did its job perfectly. This is something that will easily withstand the elements and last quite a long time. Exactly what we were looking for.

I bought the carport for my mom and the wife and I drove up to Alabama to put it up. We took our time and put it up in about 6.5 hrs, but it could be done faster if the directions were a bit better. It is actually very well made, all the parts were in the boxes, with some screws and sealer tape left over. It turned out really nice, my mom was delighted and cooked us some pork chops smothered in gravy! I highly recommend this carport, it is well made, you should have two people to put it up, makes it a lot easier. And maybe you will get some pork chops for your effort!

The frame was easy to assemble and is very sturdy with the 12 cable anchors included. I gave this 4 stars as the only thing I didnt like was the tin, which was very difficult to get lined up on the sides so it looks presentable and the excess seams as each piece of tin is only as long as the distance between side support of the frame. Longer sheets of tin would be gave this 5 stars but understand they wanted people to haul this with a shortbox pickup. The bottoms of the frame is also predrilled for long screws so I used 4x6's to level and ran 24 long screws into the 4x6's for additional anchoring also. This has been setup for a couple weeks now and experienced about 50 mph wind gusts and didnt budge but will see when we get those stronger winds.

Wrong frame size sent. That being said, we are now short on roof tin. It’s been over a week since we notified the company. We still have no tin to complete the carport. Many attempts to contact customer service at Home Depot have gone unanswered.

Was missing parts. Very easy to put together.

I needed this structure for an extension of my existing work shop which also offers shade and a lot of open space for fab/weld work! The construction of this structure was completed in approximately 4 days performed by a 1 man crew, as well is very affordable, meets my expectations and then some! Have owned this model less than a month however I am 6' 4" and so having a 7' ceiling is tremendous!

Better than expected. Quality components. Installed just before first snow & haven’t had to clear snow off car since!

Installed myself, not too difficult. Instructions need work. Happy overall.

Don't waste your money. I'm so passed off at my self for wasting over 1,200.00 dollars on this. Pay a little more and get one from a reputable dealer. Nothing against home depot. I just don't like the carport .

After considering buying the Arrow 10 ft. W x 20 ft. D Vinyl-Coated Galvanized Steel Carport, Car Canopy and Shelter. It would have been nice if even one of the 495 reviews was actually about this specific product. Do better Home Depot.
