The solenoid switch didn't work. About the 3rd one to switch out.

Tight fit on a John Deer 102 to get existing electrical leads connected but did fit after multiple adjustments.

Solenoid was exactly what I needed! Home Depot is so convenient for carrying everything I am looking to repair!

This part fit my 1990's Craftsman tractor with no modifications, & seems to work as it should. I hope it lasts as long as the original. Local staff rates average in Avoiding Customer Interaction. I normally note aisle & bin prior to a visit, so my fault for not doing so this time. When I chased down the pro out in the parking lot, he 1st claimed HD didn't carry this part. I had asked to have him paged to the area, but the customer service rep had a question for him when he got to the desk, & forgot me. I was standing right in front of her though, so it's understandable. Yup, Average. It's certainly not limited to this store or chain, but what I've learned to expect in customer service.

Burnt out in less than a year!

Worked great on my application. Minor modification to mount in mower, due to original location.

Took some rigging to get this universal unit to fit my mower—wish it came with a nut and bolt (or set of same) to help with mounting. That said, the mower starts now!

Don’t have a clue. Just putting this here to stop the constant emails for me to post a freaking review.

After installing the solenoid, I was only able to crank the mower once. I haven't been able to locate the receipt yet, but I will be returning it.

Simple fix that worked like a charm on an old 42" craftsman.
