Smaller window for detection, have set up over 20 foot, which the instructions recommend 12 max. Works but had to adjust angle of detector . Guess you need to read instructions first !

Motion sensor only activated if I covered lens with a blanket. Maybe a one time defect but I was disappointed it did not work. It was inexpensive so I just didn’t bother returning it.

Simple easy to install as a replacement unit and works very well.

I scoffed at all of the reviews speaking to the lack of a mounting strap/bar that matched up with the holes in this light base; I do a lot of electrical work and assumed reviewers just didn't know what they were doing...man, was I wrong! I possess a lot of different straps that I've accumulated over the years. I did find one that matched up; however it's very difficult to try to hit those holes in the strap through the holes in the light base with the two screws. On top of that, the screws could only go in very little before they hit the soffit and box. This necessitated taking the light back down and drilling holes through which the screws could protrude. Then, the light was oriented wrong, so I had to drill two more holes through the light base itself in order to end up with the lights and sensor oriented correctly. What a huge hassle this poorly-designed light became!! AVOID!

Would probably have given a 4 start rating, if the light came with a mounting bracket.
