Where does one start.. Filling with filtered water at least 12 lbs. was fun with the design that won’t set in your sink without holding upright, dumb. Make sure the cap is in arms reach or all is lost, then try and feel comfortable with tipping the full tank enough to grab the super pretty chromed plastic handle, scary, then quickly hold the bottom with free hand to hold also. WOW. Now it is all plugged in and ready so with the manual in hand try and figure this thing out, you’ll get it, but never shut it off or you will have to go through every step all over again or it will sit there and just be an obstacle. I filled this and went through all that it can do, on the kitchen table and then came moving time, I did move it as one piece and yeah don’t do that.. Take the tank off otherwise it is heavy and unstable. On to the remote, you have to be pointing directly at it with nothing in the way, now just remember if you use the remote you will need glasses because if you turn it off you’ll have to reset everything and you may have to get five feet from the display to read, might as well get up and push the buttons yourself and make sure you push the one that “stops button pushing beeps”, it will wake people or have dogs with invisible fence collars running confused. With the remote you will NOT be able to get the turbo mode (most mist). This model kind of lacks words for the appearance. The best part is that I was using this for about an hour in the room where it will be staying and the sun was coming through and it kind of looked like there was smoke in the air, no smell, it was moisture. Hygrometer shows 63 % and digital display meter showed 36% so we all should have split lips and dry itchy skin and getting shocked by everything we touch but on the contrary moisture builds up on the window bottoms showing moisture. ALSO there is no gauge to tell you when it could need to be filled so with the beeping sound to “off” and 1am came and we both woke up to three beeps, I said “guess it’s empty and it should be off now”. Woke up and it was blowing still and had a small light display showing empty. I could keep going on about this being an example of an idea for a product and then give it to another country to build for sale without trying it. Painful zero rounded up to 1 STAR, oh save your money. I referred to the manual about the thick looking air and not to my surprise they did mention this very important fact: non filtered water may leave white dust in home. Mine is filtered, then what is it?

My first reaction was wow! The size is bigger than you would expect from the website image. I like it. It has a great shape, looks very modern. Mine is purple. I love the color and how bright it is. It’s the bold color that I hoped it would be. Overall very nice looking. It has several parts that you need to put together before you can use it. It was easier than I thought. I removed the top tank. It has a handle for you to pull easily. Filled the tank with filtered water from my fridge. Inserted the filter and sealed the water whole. I am surprised how light it is. Only water’s weight. It was easy to connect the tank and the leg back together. I put the nose on the top. The nose allows me to direct the cool mist in the direction I want. It was easy to start the humidifier. I plugged it in and the display light came on. Pushed the On button and cool mist blow started blowing almost immediately. On the display, you can clearly see there are several options to make it more convenient to use this humidifier. One of my favorite features is the auto-off. I don’t want to worry about this when the water empties. Well overall I love this product and recommend highly. For me, this humidifier needs to stay on the floor. It would be little big for me to put this on a table or a night stand.

This humidifier is quiet. Every once in awhile, it will make a brief gurgling noise but that is all. The water holding tank is very large. I put an entire gallon of recommended distilled water in it. There was still room for at least another half gallon. I ran the mister for over 24 hours on the light mist setting and there was still lots of water in the tank. I know because of the one glaring flaw in the design. The top does not attach to the bottom for moving or adjusting the unit as a whole I tried to scoot the unit on my carpet and the top fell off the bottom as it tipped over spilling the last of the contents in the holding tank.. It made a wet mess on my carpet. The unit is attractive...doesn't look like the old time humidifiers at all! The digital display and remote control make it high end. It would definitely merit 5 stars except for that design flaw.

This new humidifier by Air Innovations has really impressed me, and that doesn't happen often. It has a ton of features and is really simple to use. It performs perfectly. Out of the box, assembly takes just a few minutes, no tools needed. You pretty much fill the tank with water, set it on top of the control base and input your settings. The tank has a carry handle that pops up as needed and it fills from the bottom with a large sealed cap. This is a very attractive design and will blend into any decor. It can be set up as a floor model with the included extension pipe or used as a table top model using just the regular output nozzle and no extension. The output nozzle has two outlets and can be aimed in any direction independent of each other. The screen is all digital and tells you everything you need to know. The current humidity, mist output level, if the machine needs a refill and what humidity you have set it to. You can also set this to shut off after a set time, and to delay start for up to 24 hours. I run this every night on high output to keep the bedroom (24ftx15ft) at about 55% humidity.It's VERY dry here in the Winter and even with that, this humidifier goes over two days before needing a refill. The digital display lets me know the exact humidity level at all times and it shuts off and turns on by itself to keep it at the level I set. When running, you'd never know it was on until you see the mist coming from the output head. It's almost completely silent. This could be placed in a baby's room and they'd never know. All you can hear is when the water gurgles from the reservoir into the control head. It's not bothersome at all. You can't even hear a fan running. The mist is very thin, it looks more like smoke, it won't soak any furniture near it. I love the remote control. It has all the features that the control panel does and allows you to make any adjustments you want from bed, which is handy is this is being used for a sick person. I simply cannot recommend this humidifier enough. Silent operation, runs for days on a 1.7 gallon refill, turns on and off automatically and has a handy digital screen with remote.

This humidifier is working out great for me. There are a lot of features, a remote for easy adjustment, and it is amazingly silent. I've had a humidifier before, not a fancy one at all, but the thing I most remember was the constant humming it made. When I turned this one on, I didn't hear anything! I had to put my ear right up against it to finally hear a very faint sound. The set up is pretty easy, you just stack everything together basically. The water tank is filled upside down and there's a handle on either side of it to help you carry it back to the unit. Once you've sealed it, you just align it with the notch on the base and you're all set. The extender/neck looking part is optional. If you want to place it on a table you don't need it. The nozzle easily fits onto the machine or the extender and can be pointed in any two directions that you want. There are different mist settings to choose from, the highest is turbo. Turbo is the only setting that will time out after a certain amount of time to keep from damaging your space with too much moisture. You can also use the "humidistat" setting, which was my favorite. You can pick exactly what humidity level you want and the device will monitor the room and release the mist to keep it exactly the right level, turning off and on to maintain it. There is also a delay start and auto-off function. I don't really see the need for a delay start, but you can tell it to turn on after a certain amount of time, like 2 hours for example. The auto-off is the same idea, except you tell it how long to stay on before turning off, which is more useful in my opinion. The unit will also beep and blink to let you know when it's low on water, so you don't have to guess, but it's a large unit so it lasts a while. The screen and buttons on the unit are very clear and easy to use and the remote worked great as well. The whole thing was pretty sturdy feeling, it didn't easily tip over or anything and looked stylish and nice. The instructions are also pretty through and explain how to clean it in addition to usage instructions. The only thing you have to note, and I think this goes for most humidifiers, is not to use hard water. My tap is hard water, so I used the filtered water from my pitcher. There are warnings all over the instructions and packaging to remind you of this because the mineral buildup can slowly ruin the machine.

I would recommend Clean Mist Smart Humidifier. I need this type of product here in Idaho, the weather can be so dry. This helps to add much needed moisture to the air. I sleep better, my skin feels better and I breathe better. 5 settings and on/off timer. Remote control included, which is nice when you want to make adjustments any time. LED display, that can be dimmed if needed. Permanent ceramic filter, never needs replacing. 1.7 Gallons of water. Water level indicator light will come on, when water is low and an auto shut off will come on after that if needed. Lots of color options to fit any room.

Air Innovations Clean Mist Smart Humidifier is the best small room Humidifier I've had or seen. Smart control settings and a Remote Control make this Humidifier the Best in it's class. A Clean and Sleek design and Digital control is great looking in any room. Automatic settings for Humidity and fan settings. The mist output is adjustable threw the fan settings. An over all Great Humidifier.

Even though the humidifier without the extender piece attached is quite large - think 2 1-gallon milk cartons stacked vertically- it's quite modern in it's design; I'm used to the bread-maker style humidifiers so this design was well appreciated for my home's decor. The unit is easy to use from either on-board controls or the remote. I like having the ability to control the mist output, desired humidity, auto-off settings, and permanent ceramic filter that doesn't need cleaning or replacement. Mist output: On the basic setting, you can barely see it. However, on the turbo setting, the mist reminds me of mist produced from water on dry ice; the unit is still quiet even on the turbo setting. Although the humidifier can be used as a table unit, I preferred to use it as a floor unit since it's quite large; I also used the unit with the extender piece attached as recommended in the manual. I also noticed my heating bill will be lesser for this period than last year's bill during the same period; I'm able to keep the heat down 8 degrees lower than last year's winter setting.

So this seems like a pretty fancy humidifier. When I was younger, I remember this big white plastic clunker that had and on/off switch and hummed/vibrated very loudly. My, how times have changed! This is a cool mist, ultrasonic humidifier and it is definitely quiet! It only has a very subtle hum that can be faintly heard if the room is completely quiet. It offers multiple settings that allow you to adjust the intensity of the output along with an "auto humidity" setting that maintains the room moisture to a set level. The tank is easy to refill and lasts for about 3-4 days depending on use. The little "goose neck" attachment can be removed so that this unit can be set on a table or desk rather than the floor. However, the only thing I don't like about it is that you can't lock the top water reservoir to the base unit. So once the unit is set and water fills the base, it is hard to move the two pieces without spilling. By default, the machine has an annoying beep every time a button is pressed, but that feature can easily be deactivated (which I did). Additionally, it comes with a convenient remote and cleaning brush. Other than that, I really like it! Its perfect for the winter when the air is dry and I received this product at the perfect time because it is helping to alleviate my sick wife's sore throat!!

This sleek full featured humidifier fits easily and silently in any space. According to manufacturer the ideal humidity for a living space should be between 45 and 60 percent. With the handy digital readout and function it's easy to see present humidity and to set desired humidity with auto shut off and on to maintain your settings. Unit monitors water level in tank and warns user when it's time to fill up and turns unit off to protect unit. Unit has many comfort settings to customize for desired environment. The unit can be used table top without wand extension or on floor with wand extension. The top nozzle swivels 360 degrees to put mist where ever you want it. The physical unit is awkward to handle when refilling tank with water due to design and weight of water in tank. The tank, extension wand, and nozzle all depend on gravity to hold them together making the unit unstable if bumped into. A twist click interlocking system whould make the unit more stable. Other than that it's a nice system. Comes with handy remote battery included.

This Clean Mist Smart Humidifier is the perfect small space unit for the bedroom. I like that it is not big and boxy. It holds a decent amount of water- 1.7 gallons, running a maximum time of 4 days on low mist. It was so easy to assemble. Just a few sections, one on top of another. The instructions said not to use hard water, so I used the water from my refrigerator water dispenser. What I did was hold the water tank upside down and used the extension nozzle from the water dispenser to the tank and filled it up. There are quite a few settings to choose from with this unit. There is a delay start, auto off, mist output, humidistat, audible low water beep and turn off. Routine cleaning of the tank is required to keep it running clean and healthy. There is also a remote control.

I've owned a few humidifiers over the years and this is by far the best I've ever had. To start, it's attractive, as far as humidifiers go, silent, and incredibly functional. It's pretty big, so it's not going to go unnoticed in a room, but with the extension you can easily put it behind a table, chair, sofa, etc. This can be used as either a table-top, or a floor standing humidifier, simply add or remove the long extension neck and it changes easy. What I like about this is the attention to detail the designers put into it. It has a collapsible handle that's sturdy enough to carry the tank when it's full (it's quite heavy when full), and when it's not in use, it folds down and looks like a piece of accent trim. The nozzle can be spread so you can have the mist going bi-directionally, and it works on both the neck and the base. It comes with a simple six button remote control that completely reproduces the buttons on the control panel. The digital read-out can be turned off at night so it doesn't cast too much light. It even comes with a brush to scrub build-up off of the apparatus (see photo) that stores in the base when not needed. There's, what they call a ceramic filter in the water reservoir, I'm not sure what it does, but it's fancy. The bottom line is that this looks nice, it works really well, and works silently. It emits a cool mist and can be set up to run in timed mode, constant, with four different levels of power, or can be set to maintain a specific relative humidity.

Wow, this is nice. I love that it can be a floor model vs. tabletop (it can also be a tabletop though) and that's where it is...on the floor :) It comes with a remote control (batteries included) so you can set the humidity level, delay start, timer to auto shut-off, etc. You can even quite the beeps, if you like or keep the alerts audible. You can say what level you want the mist and it's so easy to fill. There are some that you basically have to stand on your head to fill the water tank and this one you simply unscrew, fill, screw cap back and you are done. The filter is built in and they even furnish a small little brush for cleaning (see pictures) If you are trying to decide on what type of humidifier to use, please know that I've tried quite a few and this surpasses anything I've ever tried. I would highly recommend this product!!! You won't be sorry and that's for sure :)

The Air Innovations clean mist smart humidifier is has easy set up to use instructions. Please pay attention to the package not to use tap water if you are in a location that has hard water! The humidifier says it can either be used on floor or table top but it is pretty large for a table top at 33" high but it is lightweight and has a good look. Once the weather gets cooler I will be using this humidifier everyday to offset the dry air that comes from heating my home. A bonus is the humidifier comes with a remote control for easier use.

Does nice job of producing mist in 4 different levels. On the lowest setting I refill it every 6 days. Very quiet.

I can't seem to get the humidity level above 35%. I have tried setting the thermostat extremely high with little success in raising the humidity level. I placed the humidifier in a closed small room so the fact that the humidity level is so low is ridiculous.

Like this unit very much, but despite being in a closed 120 sq ft bedroom it cannot raise the humidity over 31% regardless of being on full mist, and it’s only 2 months old. That is very disappointing, I would not buy again. I love the water tank size and the mist extension tube and remote however I would not buy again

The Air Innovations 1.7 Gal. Cool Mist Digital Humidifier for Large Rooms has made a difference in air quality after upper respiratory issues. The ease of refilling, rinsing the permanent pellet filter, and setting the controls to optimum levels comes without needing to read the instructions. The price sat a bit higher than expected, but this should last for several years of use, I think.
