We ordered 2 w/ dark finish and one w/ bright. Mount is easy. Dark set has nice flat head sheet metal fasteners w/ matching color that fits flush. The bright set came w/ oval head fastener wood-screw of wrong color (we substituted a more appropriate set from our junk drawer) Super easy installation. Recco - Deeve

Great quality, easy to install

This is a nice-looking product, and it does indeed work with mega rolls, as other reviewers have indicated. We ordered two, and one came with a holder that had the wrong-sized protrusion (too large to fit in the hole). It's not worth our time and energy to send it back and order a new one, so we used a holder from the ones we were replacing.

This product was very straightforward with directions with no unnecessary steps so was easy to assemble and looks great....

Arrives as described. Clear instructions and very simple install. Have purchased for 5 different bathrooms in multiple homes and very happy with all substrates...vanity install, dry wall install, and wood T&G wall install. Highly recommended.

I've put in several of these in our houses and we, and our clients love them. Make sure you use a stud-finder to help you locate where to cut your hole for the recess. This one is deep enough to hold almost all the double-sized rolls of toilet paper. It makes a much better look than the surface mounted roll holders especially in a tight space.

Was needing a little room, so this product saved some space, looks and works fine.

I liked the way the unit mounts to the wall. It fit the hole in the wall that was used previously to install the outdated recessed toilet paper holder. Simply tightened the two screws and the replacement was done. The thinness of the material however was a disappointment.

This item replaced a 30-year-old recessed holder. The old holder would not accommodate the double size rolls. This one does. It looks good and was easy to install.

Finish is very nice, but metal gauge is too thin and return (metal forming) not deep enough. This is newly framed wall & sheet rock, so wall is smooth and flat. I cut the hole exactly square, to the mid-range of required opening, and installed; easy installation with the supplied kit. The problem: the four corners deformed after 2-3 days and are now bent out from wall enough to catch finger/hand if brushed up against. I will be replacing this with a holder that has thicker gauge and deeper return that will not deform after installation. Only installed it about 2 weeks ago; does not meet expectation. Most of what I buy at Home Depot is great quality, but not this one.

The color and finish on this was better than what I expected! It is sturdy and was very easy to install. Some copper accessories come with screws that are painted or coated to match and then when you use a screwdriver, it scratches the finish so that the underlying silver shows through. I was pleased to find out that the dark screws on this TP holder aren't soft and they didn't get scuffed up when I screwed them in. They aren't exactly the same color as the finish, but they look good and they match it nicely. I only ordered one at first, just in case I didn't like it. After I got it, I went ahead and ordered a second one for my other bathroom.

I found this TP holder to be very easy to install. The instructions were clear and if you follow them, it works out great. I was entertained by the many videos on YouTube regarding installation of very similar models, and how difficult some folks find these to be. One mistake I see people make on those videos is trying to put the backplate in the hole and then try to line up the bolts properly. The trick, and really what the instructions show, is to partially assemble the thing and leave the bolts loose until you get the thing placed in the hole. Then tighten it up as you situate it exactly how you'd like it.

The toilet paper is sturdy and nice looking. I wish they were sold in stores. They look so much better than the ones in store..

I had an old original recessed holder that would not hold the rolls from Costco such as Kirkland brand or Northern jumbo rolls. They would need to be used several times before they would fit. So I could only use the more expensive Charmin that weren't always even available. This holder works fine for the large rolls. It was very easy to install with the supplied bracket. Simply install the 2 screws partially screwed in, then slip the bracket behind the drywall and tighten the screws to clamp to the drywall. It holds on the top and bottom edges, so there needs to be a little space above and below the opening.

This was a great replacement for a much older toilet paper holder. It comes with a mounting plate that we could not use in our older home. It was easy to install once we realized the mounting plate was not necessary.

Looks great and does the job. Only wish it was actually oil rubbed bronze.

My hubby said installation was a breeze, like the clean simple lines and recessed into the wall rather than hanging off the wall.

Very nice quality, looks beautiful! The only thing is that where the toilet paper slides into then springs into place is plastic & does not pop into the holes perfectly. I guess it's the style that is why 4 stars. The rest of it is great!

The recessed TP holder really stood out against the neutral wall, it looks great!

Needed to replace an old builders grade chrome holder that was installed into the side of my vanity in my smaller hall bath. Decided upon this finish because the vanity is espresso bean color and wanted it to blend in. This was a quick 5 minute job, finish is beautiful, reasonable price included mounting plate, holds mega rolls and it is sturdy, no plastic. Had it shipped to my local store at no cost.

Attractive accessory to my remodeled half-bath. It was a tad wider than my old chrome holder which was probably from the seventies, but minimal work with a mini-hacksaw fixed that. I couldn’t use the mounting plate that came with it because an odd stud was in the way, but the holder by itself fits just fine. Oh. And it holds a roll of toilet paper really well.
