It is quite a bit smaller than most other dispensers which is exactly what I was looking for. It looks good and works well so far. I don’t like larger units that dominate the sink area.

Terrible, tried to screw it on underneath the counter top and the metal stripping snapped off.

Question: I have my original one that did not work, would it be possible for you to tell me how I send it back??? Thank you!

After fighting to install the faucet we found it leaked. I figured it was my error and called my local plumber. It turns out the threaded connector is really short for the thickness of a standard granite countertop (but with patience not impossible to install) and then, to add insult to injury, after my plumber installed the faucet he found the leak was actually coming from the faucet base. DO NOT BUY this if you have granite counters. Period. And lastly, it's not returnable. Very disappointing.

A cheap plastic handle in such an otherwise nice piece. The all metal option from the company jumps up $100 and with this already being $60 I was very disappointed in the plastic lever handle.

It does what it was designed for. End story.

Returned it. You need two hands to use and the lever is extremely stiff. I felt as though a thin glass would break if used to push the lever. I did not like the design at all for something that costed so much.

I can remember looking for an oil rubbed bronze cold water dispenser a long time ago and not finding one, so I was happy to find this one and at a reasonable cost. However, I gave it an average rating for two reasons. First, the finish is flat. My faucet and dispenser next to it have a slight sheen so it doesn't exactly match. Secondly, the threaded stem is not as long as it needs to be when you are mounting it with a thick granite slab, the under sink mount and a washer. Even a half-inch more would help. Mine just made it.

Dispenser was easy to install and the water pressure is great. Manufacturer changed the dispensing end from black plastic to stainless steel which added a level of appeal.

I had this item in the home I bought 14 years ago. Liked it so much I put one in my boat. Have installed a filter in the cabinet below so it gives filteres water. Really neat!

Got what I wanted-installed it myself-it works-happy with performance.

Had two of these and both leaked at base after about 3 years. Also the mfg. shortened the shank by about 1/2" but did not update the specs on their website. The change meant it could no longer be installed on my thick counter top.

Bought this as a substitution for the cheep faucet that came with my reverse osmosis system. It is very solid and installed without any issues.

It was a little difficult installing because we have deep sinks and the plumbing made it hard to reach.

My son installed the faucet without a problem, it looks good and works fine. We purchased the product via Home Depot's web site. They were terrific. I had not been able to find this exact product in any local store

i would like to have the the neck of the dispenser to be higher . I think it is to short.

Had to replace the first one received, AFTER INSTALLATION, and second one, now installed, makes noise when activated. This unit replaced a similar one, that was in service 14 years before failing.

Got it all together (which was the hard part) and the only leak was from the base of the handle, which when you pushed down on it to start the water flow it started to drip...only dripped when you activated it for water!!!

I wanted a water filter on my sink so I removed the soap dispenser that my builder installed, ran the cold water through an in-line filter, and attached the output to this faucet. It works great! The brushed nickel matches my other faucet and the small size of this faucet keeps the clean lines of my modern kitchen in tact.

I liked the product - it appeared to be well made and solid. I got it in white to match my kitchen and the powdered white coating looked really nice. Despite this, I give it 3 stars instead of 5 because the threaded pipe it comes attached to is too short! Once the faucet was threaded through the hole drilled through my granite counter, plywood base and under mount sink there was less than an inch to work with under the counter. There wasn't enough length of pipe to use the nut to secure the faucet to the underside of the counter, let alone attach the water line. I contacted Westbrass customer service and they confirmed that this product cannot be installed over a "thick sink". (Their words not mine.) They also told me they do not sell any kind of extenstion for this faucet. I will be returning this and trying again, this time paying more attention to the length of the pipe shown in the photo. One more thing that may or may not matter to you - the faucet arrived without installation instructions and I was unable to view them on the Westbrass website using Safari.
