Q:Installed this seven years ago and it?s leaking from the compression handle where the spout swivels. It seems that gasket internally needs to be replaced - is that possible to replace the internal spout gasket?

Answer This Question
A: there are 2 o rings around the interior end of the spout. That is the only "gasket" in the unit. The handle works with a spring and piston assembly that could have worn out after all these years. There is no replacement parts for this.

Answer This Question
A: We are not familiar with the Apec system and its connections. We recommend a carbon block filtration system with our faucets. RO osmosis systems can break down the brass in our faucets which can shorten the life of the unit over time.

A: No, it cannot. In-Sink-Erator only fits ISE units. Besides, the D203-NL is a COLD water faucet. Just like it says in its title.

Answer This Question
A: this is not a "normal" faucet. it is a filtered water faucet.
Connect to any 1/4 in. copper inlet water filter or in-line water chiller (filter and/or chiller not included). The fitting itself is 1/4" compression - which is a normal size fitting. Slide a 1/4" Compression nut on a piece of 1/4" Copper tube. Slide on a 1/4" Ferrule. Insert pipe in end of fitting and tighten down the nut. That provides the water connection. Inlet can be a 1/4" Compression valve; or any other John Guest Insert fitting or valve, like the ones used on ice makers......!!!.
Cold water inlet only (cannot be used with instant hot water tank)
Not recommended with reverse osmosis filtration system
Piston-style lever handle
Brass body and spout construction for added durability
