I'd suggest paying a little more and buying a better pole sander. The hinge design is supposedly help with sanding but the sands tilts, turns and flips too easily.

This was semi adequate for the job although it was a bit difficult to use. The paper kept slipping off the form and when I tightened it that caused the paper to tear. I finished my work by hand. I used several sheets of paper to get the wall high up. The rest by hand on a ladder.

I have had the sander for a week or two and used it several times. It is easy to attach the sanding screens to the sander. It took me a little time to get used to sanding with a pole but it does a decent job.

This product worked great for my wall sanding job. I already had the paint extension pole. It fit on the paint extension pole perfectly. The sandpaper stayed in place. I was able to sand my walls easily. It took a little longer to attach the sandpaper than the clips. But, it was easier on my hands throughout the day.
