The worst
I’ve had the washer and dryer for a while because I can’t afford to go and get another as this one I bought was expensive . I literally have to wash the same clothes two of three times because they get this gunk all over them.! no matter how many times I clean inside the washer Wipe it down It still gets gunk all over my laundry its annoying I’m furious. Do not buy this washer.! In all my years I’ve never had an issues with a washer till now .save your money and buy something else .

    Perfect product for our needs!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've used this washer/dryer combo for 3 years and have had nothing but the best luck with it. The machine washes very well. One cannot leave a large load of the wet laundry for the dryer to tumble so I use sensibly sized laundry loads if I plan to wash and dry. When the weather permits, our preference is outdoor line drying. Another positive spin-off is that the washer doesn't use much water and doesn't require as much laundry soap. We've saved a lot on both fronts. We have a septic system so it is important to minimize water usage; this machine fits the bill so well. We are thankful that our contractor suggested that we consider the LG combo to use in our small log cabin home. The machine doesn't require an outside exhaust, so no hole through the thick wooden logs. Uses standard 110 electric outlet. The clothes are dried by some new technology that works fine. They come out of the machine, after drying cycle, feeling slightly damp. In a few seconds, the clothes don't feel damp and are ready to fold. I operate the dryer on damp cycle because I've found that the regular setting leaves the clothes even drier than I prefer, which sets more wrinkles. Wrinkles aren't a problem for me on the damp setting.

      Best of the best!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this last year we couldn’t find any reviews when we bought it but we always trust LG turned out that it was the best choice we have ever made. I was tried this product five star all day long the only one thing that I think they need to improve it, if I was a little bit faster timewise But it’s still not too bad. And one other reason made us buy this we just swap the machine with our dishwasher that we don’t use and it fits perfectly. Thank you LG

        Perfect washer for me
I had to move to an apartment. I am highly allergic to odors. I washed my clothes at a laundry mat, using my own free and clear detergent and could not wear them. I read all of the reviews on this product. Some not too good, but I had no choice, but to purchase it. I had to hook it up to my kitchen sink. The delivery man, said it could not be done and did not leave the washer. I called Home Depot and a employee named Charles helped me. I then reordered the washing machine. I got an adapter for my kitchen faucet and then got a hose Y. Works great. I put a lint screen on the drain hose. There isn't too much water, that drains out at one time, so the sink can't run over. According to the reviews, it takes 3 to 5 hours to dry. A rep. at LG told me, that this machine will not dry at all. I would have to hang dry everything I washed. I put in some camisoles and T shirts. When finished washing, I could hang the camisoles to dry, but the T shirts were too wrinkled. I put them back in to dry. I set it for 120 minuets, thinking I would then take them out, and hang them up to finish drying. But, they were dry with the normal T shirt wrinkles. I have only used this machine 5 times and I love it. I am enclosing some pictures of my kitchen sink.

          Our friend "R2D2"
My mom and I love our little combo! Named it R2D2 because it's white with flashing lights and emits cute tunes at the end of dry and cool down cycles. Works just great though if you have a large amount of laundry or kids to wash up for this probably isn't for you because it can take 6 hours to do one load. Perfect for a small space and small family. We have gotten into the habit of starting a load every morning but you could also do your laundry at night while you sleep. There is some vibration on final spin out but we put 4 vibration pads under the feet which cut that down to a minimum. Added value: we probably have the only one in our city - quite the conversation starter!

          Great machine!
I had been checking out this LG all-in-one for several months and finally purchased it and am so glad I did. It's not only a great space saver, it's quiet and sharp looking. I haven't had any problems with the drying times or the cloths not feeling dry enough, if they don't feel dry when you first get them out, just give them a shake or put them on for a longer cycle.

LG 2.3 cf combo washer dryer
I purchased this machine on sale at Home Depot for $1227 and I bought the 5 year warranty. I have a vent for a dryer, but decided on this machine because I don't need to take clothes out of the machine after the wash cycle to dry them. This machine washes very well and dries very well also. If I don't want to use the dryer feature, I can use the wash only cycle and use ultra-high spin and the clothes come out slightly damp. The wash only cycle only takes about 1-1.5 hours and the wash/dry combo cycle ranges from 2.5 hours to 4.5 hours. The machine dries very well also, just like my old gas tumble dryer. The dryer does not have a lint vent, so I am not sure how I can remove the lint after every drying session, but so far this machine is excellent! Home Depot purchase and delivery was excellent!

Simple to use, energy and space saver.
Waited a long time for this, it is a valuable asset to my busy household. Not only does it take up less room ,it is both energy and water saving and quiet operation. My laundry takes less time due to energy and water savings combined with the easy to follow display panel, with the numerous easy to use features. My favorites are speed wash and timed dry functions. LIFE REALLY IS GOOD!

          Great product for my needs
i have done a lot of online research on washer/dryer for small apartment with no hookups. LG combo was the answer. Since washer needs separate cold and hot water lines i had to hire plumber to install its hooked up to under kitchen sink and I have full use of sink while in operation. Here I want to mention, that in my old building apartment when plumber did trial cycle, the whole apartment was shaking when machine was in spin mode, I purchased vibration pads and its much better. Do note, the machine itself is very quiet and hardly moves when spinning. It calculates the cycle time after you selected your options and put load in. you can delay the start of cycle. Dryer pros: its vent less, so once machine is plugged in, you are done with set up. I have read complaints about laundry being damp or wet after drying is done, but if you follow instructions (do a half load if you want to include drying, so that laundry can freely tumble), dries great. There is brief damp feeling when you first take laundry out of machine, but dissipate within seconds. Drying starts immediately after washing, so once you set your desired wash/dry cycle you don’t need to do anything but take laundry out once done. Originally I thought the preprogrammed cycles include drying , they don’t. you choose your wash cycle option(s) and then Dry cycle. I so far chose “More” for dry cycle, then tried “normal” and both great results with the appropriate amount of laundry. I believe the machine calculates the dry time once it weighs the load. So “normal” setting will be appropriate dry time for the load. After the wash/dry is done, the machine will go in CD (cool down) mode, and still turn from time to time to fluff up the clothes for some time. Dryer cons: it does take longer to dry than conventional dryer. Dry time is depending on the load. half full load with shirts and tees-hirts wash/dry 2-3 hrs. Laundry lacks the nice detergent smell, its very distant at best. Not sure if this is appliance fault. You cannot add drying time. You cannot select only dry. Pants regular slacks or jeans are very wrinkly. Washer pros: washes great, much better than Laundromat. White laundry is white again! If i only wash and not dry, laundry smells great. Washer cons: cant find any so far. Overall I am very happy with it, cant stop bragging.

          Very happy so far
We bought this LG to replace a no-name Italian ventless washer/dryer combo that sorta-worked for the last 10 years. The dryer function died about 3 years ago. Finally the drum started leaking and we had to replace it. WOW. This thing is amazing. And the dryer actually works. We've been using a ventless all-in-one for a long time, so we're used to doing many small loads rather than a few large ones. The LG has lots of useful options, a clear manual, an intuitive interface. And it seems to wash and dry just fine. It does vibrate during spin cycles, but so did our last one. Since the drier on the last one died three years ago I don't really remember how bad the vibration was. The LG is tolerable and the neighbors haven't complained. It's a lot of $, but if it lasts us 10 years it'll be well worth it. Yay.

A Great Buy if you don't mind doing a lot of small loads
I was uneasy about the size of this machine and whether it could handle california king bed sheets. My fears were partly laid to rest, but the fix was easy. As a washer, this is a dream come true. I find my clothes much cleaner than the top loader I had before with much less water used. The dryer also works well but the capacity is very limited. My 1000TC cal king sheets come out of the washer looking great but if I use the machine to dry them, they wrinkle because they're too big. I just line dry them. If you stick to small loads, and remove them promptly, this unit is wonderful. With the space I saved by buying the combo unit, I was able to put in a small pantry.

            Handy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit nine years ago and it did a fine job. The combined function provided much needed additional space. It is a great unit and made doing laundry much less of a chore.

              So incredibly handy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, this machine took a while to get it to wash and dry properly but now that I have, it’s so handy being a single dad started a load before I go to bed and wake up with everything I wanted washed and dried, done!

Use a rock down by the creek instead, it's faster
Somewhere in Seoul there's an LG Executive that's laughing all the way to the bank on this one. After downloading the instruction manual I just ran a 1/2 load of synthetic tee shirts (7 total UA cool gear). It took over 3 hours and they are still hanging up in bathroom to dry, despite using the "More" setting of the '"optional"' dry cycle. The first load my wife ran last night is still hanging in the living room. We've been on the road for a week, so at this rate it will be about a week and a half to finish the laundry. I can usually hand wash and dry those same shirts in about an hour. DO NOT BUY!!!!! MACHINE IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

I bought this machine for my 90 years old father. The clothes are not cleaned. they come out still dirty. You have to manually set the dryer for 90 minutes to get the clothes dry. This is been a very disappointing experience.

                      Terrible brand
This washer dryer combo is terrible it won’t dry my towel I put it in on three long cycles. It waste so much electricity and when you put a blanket in the washer the whole washer moves and makes an ungodly sound. This is so cheap I can’t believe a company would sell something this poorly made. LG has the worst washer dryer combo I ever used.

The most confusing washer dryer I’ve ever used
If you dry your clothes, and they aren’t completely dry and you start a dry load again it automatically washes them. The clothes stink after they’ve been dried. A “normal” dry load time is like 3 hours. So be ready to spend an entire day and getting only one load done. Another issue is that there is no lint trap so you have to clean the rubber lining after every load and it’s not easy to clean because you have to get in the crevices and it’s rubber. The WORST washer and dryer I’ve ever had to use. Oh, and good luck getting a manual that makes any sense. The manual is all over the place. I just want to know how to wash, and how to dry. It frustrates me so bad.

                          Good for small places
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a 1 bedroom condo that doesn't allow vented W/Ds. This is a great option as something that my building allows - it may not be big and it may take awhile for a load to finish, but it works and its better than nothing.

                            Great Customer Service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this combo washer dryer six years ago and it’s still going strong. The units compact size helps to save space however this trade off comes with extra long drying cycles that can take more than eight hours for a single load. Have to replace the drain pump annually but that’s cheaper than buying a new unit. Customer service to maintain the unit is where LG shines though - quick response times and knowledgeable technicians. Overall I recommend this unit when space constraints are a consideration or no access to natural gas hookups or dryer ducts are available.

                              Love hate relationship
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, I am on year 2 of owning this machine, and am on repair #3. Two of the repairs are for the same issue, the drain pump. I am beyond grateful I purchased the extended warranty, but as anyone who has “been there, done that”, I have no washing machine for a week while awaiting service. Now I will say we are household of 4, and we exercise and own a small gym which requires washing our regular clothes plus Gis for jiu jitsu, daily. So this machine is used daily, often two or more loads a day. So that being said it has a lot of use. I love the all in one feature and appreciate the ventless system, much cleaner than other systems. I regularly wipe down the inside and clean the lower lint trap every 1-2 weeks. Overall this machine Would be scoring a 5, if it was more reliable.

Very quiet, efficient. I love the machine !!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine in April 2016 for my tenants in a small apartment. No tenants complained about the machine until my last tenant who said clothes don't get dried. Now I moved in this apartment myself and am using it with a joy. It's a stream operation, without needing to move clothes from washer to dryer. I set the longest dryer time for all my clothes and come out perfect. I don't even see the electric bill went up. I'm glad that I didn't replace the machine when the tenant complained. Either he did not follow the written "how to" directions or just wanted to complain about anything possible for his gain.

This machine is work horse and while I do not frequently use the dry feature, it is nice to have on cold or rainy days when I cannot line dry clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good thing to replace two machines with one. It does great job, but with two drawbacks: The door is way bigger than the actual opening, which I resolved by putting the machine on a raised platform to enable getting a laundry basket up to the machine and clear the big door. The other is that it does a lot of vibrating during the spin cycle, and it tends to move when spinning--no matter what size the load. It is a learning process to take advantage of the many modes and how to augment those many modes. So far it has been a good experience..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG washer/dryer combo because my house had a size limitation based on where the hook up was located. While the fill cycle takes longer, I really enjoy the convenience of loading it and having it dry when the cycle is completed. The only complaint is I’ve had to replace the drainage pump every 2 years! This is our second pump replacement which is disappointing and expensive.

The rubber seal around the rim of the washer melted off. The screws keep falling off and it makes the washer make a horrible loud sound. Our washer is only 4 years old but already garbage.

                                              Really love this machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first washer-dryer that I've ever used. I was skeptical before trying it, but it's changed my mind. While it's not the fastest machine at drying, it gets the job done. It's perfect for my household (me and the wife). It's easy to use (I recommend reading the instructions before trying out the different modes). I've had one part break down, but it wasn't impossible or that costly to replace on my own.

Don’t wast your money many problems
We have had so many problems with this washer/dryer combo from the beginning. Called LG they won’t do anything even dents inside the washer and dryer. Drain pump out, button issues, panel issues twice.
