This gave a nice shiny coat to my stained concrete floor. It does seem to get marred easily by heavy objects but I plan to just add one final coat after I get everything moved into the room.

This is a great product and is easy to apply with a roller. The last time the floor was sealed was 7 years ago with a different sealer. So most of the old sealer was no visible in the higher traffic areas of the office. Based on Eagles coverage of 300 sqft for smooth unsealed floors I thought I would need 15 gl for 3 coats in a 450 sqft area. I was able to seal the floor with 3 heavy coats with 5 gallon. This is probably because this floor had been sealed before.

It really has my floors looking good. I would really recommend getting this product.

It really came out nice

Easy to apply with a 3/8 nap roller. The water beads shielding my driveway from dirt and oil stains. Easy to keep clean just by hosing it down.

After reading several product reviews, we decided to try the Eagle brand. The process was simple, totally clean your pavers, let them dry, use blower to remove remaing dirt and apply this product. We purchased the 5 Gal and 1 Gal to cover 1265 sq ft driveway. We used a 1/2 roller but would recommend 3/4 if you have interlocking pavers with deep ends. I couldn't be bothered with bruaking between pavers but the outcome still was amazing. CAUTION: We applied in the evening, as recommended by a reviewer, and the solvent smell overtook our home. We had a rough night even though all windows were closed. I recommend you apply this 3 hours after dawn when the Sun has dried out the moisture. The Sun will get rid of the strong smell within a few hours. We were able to apply two thin coats with the 6 Gal. The outcome is simply elegant. Would recommend to try this DIY project yourself. We were quoted $1600 to over $5000 to clean and seal our pavers! Nothing is more satisfying than enjoying the fruits of your labor while saving money!

Quick delivery (in-store) and well worth the price! Went on real easy on my 24'x28' garage floor with a standard latex/oil brush for edges and then a latex/oil paint roller for the whole floor. Use a steel roller tray - don't just dump it on the floor. I did the recommended method using perpendicular rolling and the end result looks great! It was dry in 4 hours to walk on, but does need a day or two to fully cure solid. The smell was not that bad at all - I did not wear a mask, I just had the main door and windows open. Great product and highly recommended! I did one coat on the garage and still have over half a can left so I'm doing our patio next.

For all the bad reviews, They probably don’t know how to use this sealer. I did 5000sq feet clay pavers and look amazing.

I applied two coats wasn't the same as the other brand.

Easy. To. Apply. With a. 9 inch --three Quarter in knap Rollar. Sleeve. Use. 3. Dips. Than roll. Out eveb 3ft.x. 3ft...dont. be. Skimpy...make. even..Fantastic.

Used Eagle Wheat acid stain to get variegated color and applied with a sprayer. Sealed with Eagle gloss coat clear wet look and applied with a roller. Looks better than expected and was much easier to use than I anticipated. Nice wet look but not slippery. Water beads off and doesn't puddle. Highly recommend and will use this same sealer to reseal in a couple years.

This product was easy to use and sealed our concrete aggregate patio and walkways well. It delivered a shiny (but not too shiny) wet look with a nice deep color underneath. I power washed and cleaned the patio/walkways as recommended, and waited a couple of days before applying. We hadn't resealed our patio/walkways since they were installed three years ago. I applied the sealer using a brush (for the edges and corners near our home) and roller. The product has a good viscosity and was easy to apply. The 5-gallon container covered our patio and walkways (around 670 sq. ft.) with one coat. If you want enough for two coats, plan accordingly. We will see how it holds up over the next year with one coat. Eagle recommends resealing no more than every two years. The product does have a strong odor, so I would recommend wearing an N-95 mask while applying and shutting the windows of your home so that the fumes do not enter your house. We received a short rain shower 5 hours after application and heavy rain the next day. The product performed well.

This is probably about as good of a clear coat concrete sealer that you can buy for the money. Much less expensive than the small box concrete stain stores and is just as effective and lasts just as long. I have used this product on our stained concrete around our pool for several years now and the only disadvantage is length of life and can’t get over a year without it loosing its gloss. I called the Eagle corporate folks and they told me that I could use Xylene as a way to use between years and as long as it looks wet you still have the base product under it and will look new again. Xylene is a little cheaper per gallon and will go further that the sealer. Hope this helps with your decision as this is about as good as it gets for sealers.

The high gloss shine was excellent! Easy to apply the first coat. I did reapply a second coat and allowed a few extra days to let the sealant harden.

It had been 5 yrs since we sealed our acid stained patio. I didn’t feel like restraining it but it needed to be sealed and I like the really ‘wet look’. I almost bought another brand from a commercial place (2x cost) but thought I’d try this. I read about 50 reviews beforehand. We power washed the patio and waited 24 hrs before the 1st coat. Our patio is about 450sq ft. He rolled it on thick. We waited another 24 hrs for the second coat (not necessary but we needed daylight). Both days it was about 80°, no humidity. No bubbles. It turned out great! I couldn’t be happier! We also have about 1/4 bucket left out of the 5 gallon bucket. Next time we might acid stain again before we seal.

The sealer worked perfectly, spread evenly and looks absolutely fantastic. I wish I would have applied this sealer to my patio years ago! This attached picture shows the patio completed and the paver walkway before sealing!

Applied 15 gallons (two coats) to a new concrete 2000 sq. ft. floor which was power washed. I rented a floor sander and special grinding head from Home Depot and ground the surface of the floor. (I did apply acid etching which was a waste of time and money.) After cleaning up the dust I then applied two coats of the gloss clear and let it dry and cure for a week before parking my vehicle on the floor or moving heavy items on it. The result to me is fabulous and very affordable. Its an acrylic finish so gasoline or diesel spills will be detrimental, however, my use is otherwise and I am extremely happy. Sunlight reflects the LED lights from the ceiling. I would recommend this product for an affordable, DIY project that is easy if you are willing to put in a few hours of work.

Very good good product, easy to apply with a roller but had a bad smell. It rained within two hours of applying the product but held up to the rain without affecting the cost.

This product is by FAR the BEST clear coat that I have ever used. The finish is AMAZING! FIVE STAR PRODUCT! I see your jealousy!

Follow the direcrions from the website, make sure to use a respirator or some form of PPE as the fumes can be very strong. Use a fan to draw the fumes outside while it is drying. Thin layers work best. Two coats given the best result. I used this product over the copper color acid stain made by the same company. Works great.

I have just finished the project and the gloss is awesome!! I did put on 2 coats and the first one was somewhat blotchy, I was a bit concerned. After the 2and coat it has a shine like it is wet and it brought out all of the coloration that I was expecting. It looks beautiful!! I waited a full day between coats partially due to the heat and humidity. I sealed at 6 am before it was at its worst. We had rain and all the water headed upnas it should. It did seem very slippery so I would add something to help with traction if it is going to be wet. The porch will be enclosed so that part I was not worried about.

This sealant did everything I needed. It gave great coverage and a high gloss finish that I wanted. It does have a high vapor so use a properly rated respirator when applying.

The product looked great, it made old paver bricks look almost new. Easy to apply but did have an oder that lasted a couple days.

Adhere to the ventilation warning!! This product has extremely strong vapors. I love the way my floor looks after applying Eagle sealer. Super easy to use and gives a new polished look to my stained floor.
