A:  Yes it should kill them. I had several years worth on my Chimney and a stone walkway in one week they showed signs of deterioration and after a month most were gone. Wet but do not rinse off , and some areas need more than one application.

A:  YES , it will defeat the purpose to wash it off with a pressure washer WET & FORGET ....you put it on with a hand sprayer and LEAVE IT ALONE it works over time and you should not wash it off. I had a Brick Chimney that was covered with Lichens and Green Mold I wet it down a year ago and within a month it was all dead and remains so today. I use it on my Brick Walk and it last about 6 months but keeps the moss and mold off for that long (it has not harmed my St Augustine growing alongside)

A:  I wouldn't suggest a pressure washer. This product eliminates the need for that. I used a sprayer with a pump I purchased at Home Depot. I saturated the deck with the product. It dried quickly.

A:  Yes, Wet & Forget should be applied with a garden pump sprayer and left to the wind and the rain for all the rinsing and scrubbing over time. Standard pressure washers and hose-end sprayers will over-dilute Wet & Forget and are not recommended to use for application.
