A:  As long as you have double hung windows, all you need to do is raise the lower sash up high enough to set the adjustable window screen in the bottom track and then expand the screen and fit snugly against the sides, then lower the sash onto the top of the screen.

A:  They do not lock in place. The upper sash locks it into place.

A:  This sis standard screen wire and will keep most small bugs out.

A:  It will expand from 25" to a max of 45".

A:  Yes it will work even with screens already in place. This product sits inside the sash tracks of the window. Yes let the cat tear this screen up and not the full length screens

A:  We only use aluminum mesh for our adjustable screens.

A:  These are not custom Adjustable screens. they are meant to fit in the side track of double hung windows for windows with missing screens.
