A:  The Espresso Black Bagged Rubber Mulch would be a poor choice for a filler for sandbags. Sandbags need heavier fillers usually.

A:  I bought 60 bags of black at Home Depot on Lehigh Street in Allentown, PA about 6 weeks ago. Fabulous coverage and a once and done chore. I put down 60 bags last year and it still looks like new.

A:  The product specifications states that a single bag of this mulch covers 3.2 square feet. There are 9 square feet in 1 square yard. You are wanting to cover 117 square feet. 117 divided by 3.2 equals 36.6. So you will need to buy approximately 37 bags
