Q:Can you finish the back of gate to hide the diagonal support pieces to match the gate panels?

A:  No, the back of the gate can not be finished to hide the diagonal support piece.

    Q:We put together the frame for the gate (keeping the 6' height) and cut the boards to the length we needed. When we put them all in the frame (1 metal, 9 composite, 3 metal), they exceeded the height of the gate by about an inch. The upright posts, without the corner joints measure 59 1/16. What went wrong? Thanks!

    A:  The horizontal boards are designed to fit snug inside the gate frame channels because of this, sometimes the horizontal boards will not seat completely on top of each other. A tap with a rubber mallet on each board as you assemble is recommended. Please re-assemble making sure each board is completely seated on the tongue and groove.
