This product is difficult to install, documentation is not good and no video on installation... most of the contractors don't know how to install this... looks easy on paper but in reality a tough installation... also understanding parts and how many pieces you would need ia difficult

Turned out to be very sturdy and after we painted it it was perfect

Really good product, my entire family and myself like it. Good quality build. Easy to assemble for experienced handyman. The reasons for 3 stars (in order of issues were raised): 1. It was hick up with picking up my order from Home Depot - boxes were not marked well and I received one box first and then at home when opened it I realized that another box is missing as there were a lot of missing planks. Took me another trip to HD to get second box. 2. The height is not 6 feet - 5.5' only, which is not big deal for me, but can be an issue for someone else. 3. The set is coming wider than 4' - about 5'5" which is also was good for me as I had a little larger than 4' opening between walls. Maybe by mistake wider set was loaded into the box. Labels on the box were 4X6 though. 4. Required to have a miter saw and special blade to trim nicely aluminum frame profiles and upper black aluminum planks as well to trim plastic brown planks. Can be done with jig saw or hack saw, but seams wouldn't be nice and accurate without miter saw and blade for aluminum. 5. I've got hinges for posts only and not for wall as it is appeared on the picture (in the set should be both as per assembly brochure) and I was forced to purchase additional hinges to accommodate my needs and then to adopt them to this gate. 6. The assembly job is for quite experienced handyman and require some pro-tools to make it done correctly. 7. The kit has only one handle. I think with this price range, two handles is a must to have. 8. There are a lot of black screws for profile with starting drill end, but not for the handle. Handle requires smaller/shorter screws.
