        Q:I pulled this cartridge out of a shower that I am upgrading. Are there other cartridges that fit the same valve body, but have higher flow? I would like to avoid having to destroy the wall to change the valve body!

          Q:Once I install the cartridge I have very little to no water pressure on either of the 2 handles. What am I doing wrong?

            Q:I am replacing an American Standard Hot Water Shower Valve part # A954120-0070A. During the installation it popped apart into SEVEN pieces, which do not go back together in an obvious manner, nor is there a diagram to be found on the website.

              Q:I am using cartridge A954120-0070A/H on my bathtub handles and worked great. I want to replace my handles to a universal knob style. when doing so there is no point of stop, as you turn handle its on then off then on.
