Q:Does this cartridge just "pull out" of the faucet? Mine doesn't want to budge. Do you have a video available to demonstrate the proper way to get the cartridge out? Thank you!

Answer This Question

A:  JoeMe, Yes, this cartridge will pull out. When they are stuck pour a little bit of white vinegar around the base of it and let it sit and see if that won't take care of it. I am sorry but we don't have a video showing how to remove it. Sincerely, your American Standard Consumer Connection Team
