Q:Does this cartridge just "pull out" of the faucet? Mine doesn't want to budge. Do you have a video available to demonstrate the proper way to get the cartridge out? Thank you!

Yes, this cartridge will pull out. When they are stuck pour a little bit of white vinegar around the base of it and let it sit and see if that won't take care of it. I am sorry but we don't have a video showing how to remove it.

Q:A954120-0070A/H I have a two handle faucet. The hot side opens when you push back. However the cold side opens only when you pull back. How can I change it so cold side opens when you push back?.

On the a954120-0070a you have to lift the cartridge out turn 180 degrees and that will change the rotation of the handle.

Q:I have a faucet with stems A954120-0070A/H. The replacement of the hot side wet OK. However, the cold side is following the same direction as the hot side. How can I change the direction of the cold side so that they both open water by pushing forward

Q:I have a colony 2 handle bathroom faucet that I am having trouble shutting off. After you run the hot water a while and go to shut it off you have to lift up on the handle until you get it in the right position to get it to stop running in a stream
