Q:We purchased this door in 2014 - F203029240 Lexington 36 in. x 80 in. The lock insert w/handle recently broke and we are trying to find a new insert. What insert was used in 2014 so we can order a new one? Current ones at the store are too short.

    Q:I ordered this door and the installers say that there will be a 1/2" gap around the door that let's in bugs, flies, moths and spiders. Can an insect shield/seal kit be purchased for this door?

They are intended to fit over your primary exterior door to offer security and protection from unwanted intruders. A door seal kit can be purchased to further seal the door on the top and bottom.       Q:I want the almond colored surface door. What does it mean that the glass comes in black frame only?

      A:  The glass insert is framed in a BLACK metal frame and that is what is screwed to the almond door. It is not visible from the front, only from the back. I hope this information is helpful.

Screen Inserts can be purchased via special order at your local Home Depot Stores. There are various types of screens available. These included perforated metal and insect screen.
